It is One of rapid developing building group in Kalyan taluka.Infact in shahad theres a group of building there.One can see its shine while travelling to local train.Personally I want to buy a flat in konark solitare in future.It includes each and every facility from beautiful parks to huge pools.

So after a long they are now good in shahad ambivali area also as they said they they are providing possession too on the time.

Building is under construction from the year 2016 till date. SLOW progress. FLAT Rates are high and no facilities or amenities in nearby. AMBIVALI Station is 15 minutes away and SHAHAD station is 25 minutes away that too through paved STREETS.
