Being 1st customer of Isolnet ambikapur, still fully satisfied since 6 years.

Generally good service. However for 2 days, internet is not working. When I contacted them, they asked to raised a ticket, Seriously?Internet resumed after 3 hours but not very consumer friendly when we call them.

But more customer satisfaction level required to this company slow in response

Beware, at the time of installation(initial amount paid: 5600 rupees collected) they promised 2500 - 3000 will be refunded, unfortunately within 2 months I got transferred and have to discontinue. Returned the router, cables is working condition. Its been 2 months since disconnection, still the money is not transferred.For router they charged 3K, and now they are saying as per there terms and conditions only when a customer uses the service for 3 years, they return the complete amount for router. At the time of installation, they never mentioned it.They charge 60 rupees/ meter for cable, they collected 1100 for cable at the time of installation, upon discontinue they collected the cable, now when asked for refund they says cut cable is of no use. The cable should have returned to customer if that was the case.Strictly pathetic service, there policies is to loot the customers, so Beware

I am writing this review after 1 year 6 months. i have tried almost all ISP in Ambikapur (BSNL, Global Broadnet). The Major difference between this ISP And Isolnet is customer service. this ISP are failed to provide quality customer service. Isolnet is serving very good customer service. But Wireless Broadband has decent amount of downtime (means 5-6 days in a month) but there FTTH service is way better then wireless broadband. In FTTH connection hardly faced any downtime. I am a consumer of IsolNet for the last 2 years, according to speed and service, number one internet service is not only Ambikapur but there is no such speed service in entire India.

I have been using it for the last 2 years, no internet provider has good service and speed, where the speed of the pay people ends, there is a speed of Isolnet.
