Visited today afternoon to enquire there was only one lady customer and the staff a lady wearing glass was attending the customer. Waited for 10 minutes but she even didnt have a courtesy to look at us nor enquire totally ignoring though there was time for her to greet or ask us as the lady customer was taking her own time to delete the sms from her cellophone to receive OTP. We walked out of the store and went to near by mini store at shivaji rd . Though there were other two customers a head of us they professionally handled the customer.Hajj telecom should improve there customer care services.

Staff so good they will solve your problem but have to wait little longer as lot of people visit.
