I am highly satisfied with Springfield public school both as a teacher and as a mother. My son has become so confident to perform anything anytime on any place. He is learning each and everything with great confidence only because of help of teachers as the teachers are so much cooperative and helpful. And as a teacher I just has completed 1 year here but it does not make me feel like a year, it makes me feel like so many years only because of loving staff and Management. I highly recommend Springfield school because the school is focusing towards the overall development of children.The school is having sprawling campus with excellent residential facilities and all security measures. experienced and renowned faculty members are there to prepare the children for future. Many of the co curricular activities are also their to boost the confidence of the young ones. It has strong network of alumni and best environment for teachers as well as students.

Kind attention -Job seekers. You hardly get salary in time and If you want to leave the job, they keep your salary for one month. Just imagine 15-16 working hours, small room to live in with a fan. If a needy person doing job and some genuine family problem arises, why would they not pay such hard earned money for 30 days. Only God will decide about chair person. Let us see how he can digest money of a hard worker

As my teaching experience I find this school very different.I joined this school in 2017and as a teacher also I learned a lot because as maths teacher students find this subject very difficult but in Springfield school students love maths because we teach them maths in different ways. Specially we conduct two papers and they are very beneficial for students. In extra activities each and every child of school get equal opportunity which h help them to become extrovert.

As I joined this school in 2015 as kindergarten teacher. I find this school very different from other schools. I past 2 yrs. we opt various techniques to enhance the knowledge of students. We believe in empowering children to be independent. We believe that education is the best way to develop a love for learning. All teachers are very kind to each child and encourage each to their strength. In our school from class Nursery to 12th every student is active in all activities and every child got an opportunity to come forward and show their talent. So I will highly recommend you all to send your ward to Springfield Public School. Which will make your ward extrovert.

Waste of money do send your child in this schoolAnd specially dont in hostel I spend 1 Year in hostel Food is severe by management is very badThe Director and chairman has say u cant pass in any school and moveout from school but I got pass with 1 division in secondary school

My son has improved in his social skills enormously. Im really pleased with how well my son has progressed in just one year .He used to be shy around adults and other children, but not anymore. I am so happy to see the positive changes he has exhibited from his short time of enrollment. Not to mention his deep knowledge in subjects.The support of the teachers has been outstanding. They are willing to try new things and help my child grow and learn at his own pace. Springfield has made my son become confident and independent in learning.
