They do have some goof options but your time has no value for them. They take measurements for alterations but then return without doing anything. DO NOT buy more than one item from them as they will mess up with alterations. Only to the shop if you are local and can visit again and again to try as they will not call to inform if your stuff is not ready on time. Its better you spend your money on manyawar or other stores in the same facility.

Bought all the cloths for our wedding. Very poor customer service we have to come me back for one dress because of defective quality we even didn’t wear at single time but they are not ready to deal with that issue. They give you service until you paid after that nothing. Even though any supervisor or manager or the owner don’t wants to talk either.Very very bad service. I will suggest not to buy from there.

He screwed my wedding. I ordered a tux and when the order came after 15 days, the size was way too smaller. Then the shopkeeper promised that he will get it again made in 10 days and he again screwed up. This time the fabric and color of the tux was totally different and far inferior than what I had chosen and paid for. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. They are LIERS AND CHEATERS

First of all they are having very arrogant sales team. Secondly they dont have printed rates on fabric. I purchased a suit length same cloth was quoted different prices by two salesman. The rates for the same fabric at Karnal was much less. I gave them the suit for stiching the pattern stitched was different from what I gave. Then the quality of fabric inside is pathetic .i will not recommend it to any one. Kindly stay away from cheats.
