Its very bad product.i was totaly wasted my money to buy the product ikon gizzer and I also bought Samsung 43 inches TV and TV is also not system work properly working. So does not goes to this shop at mahesh nagar.

I bought iphone from them and they suggested me quick heal insurance. I agreed with the insurance. My iphone is accidental damaged and they took 400-rs from me for insurance and still not approving my documents and i am waiting for the claim. very bad experience with them.

Fake promise fake dealer i have purchased iphone 7 from this shop & it was a bad experience with them they sell the fake insurance for gadget p to customer for the benefit of margin from the company. they will not ask any id proof from you while purchasing the product & when you put for claim they will ask several question to you also the id proof which is not required at the time of insurance when you purchased... the owner of the company assure me that go with quick heal company its better insurance & they charged 4000 from me for my mobile insurance & now iam facing problem in getting my claim from company i informed the sale representative of this company & ikon electronics owner they denied to help me for the claim by saying that its up to company my question was when you dont think that company is not real why you have given them the space for counter making fraud with the customer .. No representative is sitting there even they are not responding well on call they show the attitude(MR Raminder Singh ) & giving excuse to me that talk to customer support & he is not even picking my call now when i call the support they are not giving me exact reason .. still there are lots of harassment from dealer and company. Its almost one month still they ask for documents after confirming me that its complete & again after 5 days iam getting email message that your documents are incompleteMr Raminder singh changed my date on bill as well & now he is not accepting also he make the fake incident statement for claim without informing me 7 told me that if you will not inform this you will not get the claim.
