They are frauds. U will get stuck with a damaged product if u buy from here.I bought flydigi triggers and they did not work. Not only there is a little lag in the triggers, sometimes they dont workout all. You have to take a pause and press it again, then it resets.On top of that the customer service is extremely inhospitable. I returned the product after sharing the video of how it was not working and they took it back. Later they mentioned that they are not finding anything wrong in it and refused to refund. Even though I had video evidence that it did not work.Even though it was well within the refund policy when I asked for the refund.Now I m stuck with a bad product and 2999 less.

I ordered MI Band 6 and paid 4999 (order id -#7299) on 22nd April 2021, and received Band 4 instead on 27th April.Then I raised a complaint on 28th April, product was then picked up through bluedart couple of days later and was sent back to furper, then I received an email from furper on 13th May saying that they have received my return and are unable to provide me refund.

Ordered a MIIIW Wireless Keyboard from Furper. Delivery was on-time and they are very responsive on Instagram, Twitter and their websites chat platform. I was sceptical a bit before buying but decided to give it a shot, and I am satisfied. :)Now the product doesnt have a warranty, but Furper claims to replace the product if theres any issue within a year. They have good quality imported stuff at reasonable prices. Fast delivery too.I had ordered flydigi game controller work 6k.However, it wasnt as I had expected. The gameplay was difficult for me. They honored their return policy and accepted my return without any extra cost.Will definitely purchase more products if they start an EMI option.Please work with the banks and enable this option for customers. Im certain your sales would improve.Also, the website is not very smooth/user friendly, may need some work around that.Give option to hide out of stock products.

Nothing to do with the quality or anything. It just wasnt for me.Furper immediately got it picked up and refunded my money, which I wasnt sure of, being a first time user.Happy to see that other ecomm sites are as professional if not more!
