Reliance smart as always been superb.Executives having good source of knowledge and they guided us very well about schemes and offers. I shopped so many times and always get a better offer on my shopping.I would suggest you all to visit there for quality groceries products

Highly untrained, disrespectful staff with a clear nexus with the store manager Sumit Shukla. The recruits look like people highly related to the store manager. The staff named Sukhpreet Singh at the billing counter was highly disrespectful, rude mannered. Misbehaved in assisting with bags for carrying items we had purchased, and continued argument and counter argument without accepting his mistake. He was bold enough to tell us to go tell the store manager, showing a clear setting between the two, and even more, reflecting how unimportant a customer was to them.When asked for an apology letter, this guy could not even write a letter, even in hindi. This is the quality of people staffed at cash counters. 4 people from the store assisted him in writing an apology, and to make matters worse, we werent even given the letter. Sumit Shukla, the store manager, did not allow us to take the letter, and also did not help with any further escalation which we wanted to make. What is this if not a clear indication of not wanting anyone to know what happened. Even worse, all this has happened on the stores first anniversary, which they were proudly celebrating, without caring and respecting for the customer. Also saw two elderlies being disregarded by this same guy, and they quietly left the store.Utterly disgusted on customer service and grievance management at Reliance smart store, Ambala city.

For Ambala City, its the largest shopping mall. Grocery, vegetables, plastic ware etc is good. Garment section needs improvement. Too many announcement on PA System.

Bad behaviour, customers not important for there staff. Only 9am to 7pm duty and special offer not displayed at the store. These offer only for staff after 7 pm bill or for local agent.

It is the only outlet in the city these days which is catering to the daily needed commodities comfortably.Easy days supply chain is in bad shape. Their stores are almost empty. Useless to visit easy day outlets, sheer wastage of time.The membership taken at easy day was a wrong decision, I believe now. They are least bothered about their customers.

The best super market is now open in town. Best place to buy groceries, crockeries, clothes, personal care, veggies, fruits and many more things. The location is convienent for everyone and their ambience is too clean and perfectly managed. There staff is also too good. Definitely of super market is here. No carrybags are there . If we want a carry bag we have to purchase for 45 rs. . No jute bags are here

Its a greet for Ambala city people as earlier we had to go to Big Bazar for super market shopping but now we have this in our own city with much more variety than Big Bazar and even cheaper than Big Bazar. Staff is very helpful and the shopping experience has been great in all our visits. Very nicely organised stuff and neat & clean environment. During lockdown they are letting only 5 people in one go.

This is to bring in the notice of Reliance management especially HRD Departt. that i had ordered some groceries to be delivered at my home from Reliance retail Ambala city but nobody bothered to take care specially Mr. Manoj Tiwari.

Lack of variety of items, recovery of packing bag at the rate of Rs. 24, search at the time of clearance, packing in the bag itself after the search of the goods by the consumer etc. were negative experiences. While doing the billing, she lured the razor by speaking 10 razor rails for 70 rupees. When I came home, I saw a packing of 5 instead of 10.
