Too bad. They will keep your package for over 2 days. I had to drive over 5km to get my parcel and we have too much stock is their excuse for kate delivery. Change you company name to FedEx LateLateef

Incredibly slow, they constantly just hold my packet for a week over the scheduled delivery date, and have no care for if the package is fragile or time sensitive

Worst service at Ambala center.Deserves ZERO star.Delivery boys ask the client to collect the parcel at some public place like chowk, market place.Most of the times, this company delivers late.A big NO NO.Company customer care phone does not connect.Chat does not work.There is no local contact number.

My shipment is delayed by 8 days from expected delivery date. There is no response from the customer care. the calls to the customer care is not connecting after trying for 20 times. I did not get any resolution after 8 days of delay. Never try FedEx India for domestic shipments
