The owner doesnt have sense to talk. Ive seen him yelling at his customers. A piece of advice just dont ever go to this shop.

Well! My SERIOUS ADVICE to everyone! DONT BUY PRODUCTS from here! They dont give PROPER INFORMATION the services along with the product! They MISLEAD the costumers! Let me tell you about my personal experience... I bought an AC from here and they and they promised me to send the person for installation at about 10 a.m but they sent the person at around 5 p.m. that too after dozens of calls... I clearly asked them at the time of my purchase that whether there will be any extra charges of installation be it of pipes or any other thing but they clearly denied it and I had to pay around 3000 rupees extra to get the pipe fitting done... and one more thing.. I had to buy the AC from Bajaj Finance Card but what they did was they asked me to give my Bajaj card and made a new Capital First card without informing me... I got to know this when they asked for aadhar card n other stuff! The owner of the bank account was my other family member... He wasnt with me so he had to come the other day to sign the file for the Card! ( We bought the AC on 31st May) the next day he went to sign the file n we got to know that now no card has been made coz the scheme lasted till 31st May... Nd also they reduced the terms(months) of installments without informing us... So they literally gave us no information about anything n mislead us!!! Guys please dont buy things from here! Instead have a look at Aerovision or Shilpa Agencies.

Mr. Rishabh from Saugat is such a helping person. Being a working woman it was not possible for me to visit them. He provided every detail of AC on whatsapp as well as cleared my every quirey. I got my order without any hassle.

I bought goods from their Manav Chowk branch one week beforeThey are beat in the cooling business.Mitsubishi Heavy is the best AC when it comes to fast cooling.Mr.Rishabh is very polite and helpful.will recommnend to everybody

Mr Shushil is not helpful person. I bought Ac from here 10 days back. It was installed next day but with mistakes . I complained mr Shushil but nothing happened . He switches off his fon if customer calls him.he is a lier.i will not suggest anyone to deal with him
