I went to the Titan Alwar store about 6 months ago and I met the store manager Mr. Vikram Chaudhary and his team, I got the eyes done from the store itself and after that I was shown the frame by technician Mr. Abdul and also give me the features of the frame . And I liked the Ray ban frame and the Titan lens, but I used to have nose pads on my nose marks , but the manager told me that the nose marker makes Nissan only when the nose pad is hard, and your specs nose pad hard after change free of cost. So the change will be done without any charges, and because of COVID-19, I called the store for the nose pad, then the manager told me that your nose pad is ordered from the company and gets me a weeks time. Sir but I got a call for a nose pad in three days for changing. then went to the store today, then I saw a completely safe use of COVID-19 in the store, the mask, gloves and hand sanitize use etc. And technician was by me nose pad of my frame was changed, I am very happy and all the staff got very good and practical
