This was my first time visiting this place and i had a worst service there . I got hair smoothening there, first of all they burn my hairs and when i want to resolve that problem they tell me to come and get keratin treatment over the burn hairs . But the lockdown imposed and after that when i contacted there they said that after one month of service then we will have to check whether we can do it or not. At last i had to cut those burnt hairs.And that smoothening has not lasted even for a month.

I booked it for my wedding that is on 25 November 2020. Reached the salon at around 2pm. Waited for almost 3 hours then my turn came. There was so much choas as they had taken 25 brides and have only two make up artist, one hair stylist. Was able to finally get ready by 7 pm. They are good makeup artist but lack professionalism. On that day makeup was not at par so was the hair. It is a very big day for a bride and many were crying inside the salon as they were still waiting for their turn even after 7 pm. So yes I will never suggest anyone to go to style studio as they do not believe in customer satisfaction. Moreover they ask for full payment a day before your booking.

Great experience with them.The make up was top notch.No doubt.I also invited some make up artist to my marriage home for additional make up. That was also great.But please ask you staff not to react this bad with our family members.He was shouting badly n was demanding money non stop even before starting the makeup at marriage home.Improve this.
