The Reliance Smart is better but not the best because so many things werent available to me in the store.

Totally unprofessional people. They cancel online orders without intimating the customer. Then they give excuse that product is out of stock but they have that product in stock. Just that they give priority to people who walk in. My product wasnt delivered neither I receive my refund. Its been 6 days now. Ordered scond product for which they are increasing delivery date. Manager of the store is accountable for such fraud. Action should be taken against the them.

My helmet lost in the parking...its a really bad place to visit..I suggest everyone to avoid going to this terrific mall... really hated it..the behaviour of the workers r really bad and the security guard took my helmet away...!! Is this is his responsibility..?? After 9 PM no chance of any action......!! this actionof security guard is bad

Many varieties of all stuffs available. Has all the things one requires, from daily necessities to food items. Fruits and vegetables also available. billing is electronic, so its quite impressive. Its quite affordable too. Rates are pretty much the same we get in the local markets and shops. My overall impression is absolutely fantastic!

Its not open always closes during lunch break from 1pm till 2pm every day like a normal grocery store. Customer are returned from the gate told come back after 2pm.

Its ok as we cant compare savings in reliance to that in a dmart, also the credit card personnels even after refusing they would reach you at every corner of rows they wont let you calmly purchase groceries rather they would try to sell their credit card.Except few items their is no difference in price as compared to market at ghanta ghar.
