No cash most of the times. I also believe that the location is wrongly captured in the Google Maps, and I tried to correct it. But was not accepted. This building also houses Aluva Branch of Axis Bank. Still most of the time the ATM do not dispense cash. Regular monitoring requested to make this ATM functional and meet the requirements of general public.

Pathetic customer support. I went to the bank with a query regarding my salary account for which they gave a contact number of a guy from salary team and asked to talk to him. On contacting him, he said he will call me back after discussing with his RO. He never called me and its more frustrating that does not respond afterwards.
