This is an excellent apartment. My uncle and aunt stayed in this apartment for 4 years until they shifted to their own new apartment. The owner is a very nice and humble person

I know the land lord in person, he is known to me for years and generous enough to give it for free too😃 ..and had visited flat A2 many a times.. a great place to stay ...👍

My brother owns the flat A2. I think the guy who has put a bad review above is a fellow who stayed with us and left that house in a mess. We had to go to his HR and he gave written apology for his bad behavior. It appears that he has used some fake name to put this post. We are likely to go to his HR and cyber crime wing to see who is doing this.In fact several of his colleagues stayed there and left happily. Otherwise, the house is in an excellent location and waikable distance from everything you need daily.

I know this building and flat! A good location! One of the tenant who had stayed here had left it in quite disarray. I along with my friends only renovated and repainted it!! An ideal place to stay! Near the divine Aluva Mahadeva Temple and most beautiful river Periyar!! Go for it..
