Since it was COVID-19 times, could not visit inside of the Shrine. St. Jude Pray for us.

St Jude Shrine Ettekar is situated a few kilometres away from Aluva, Ernakulam District Kerala, India. It is on the way from Aluva to Pukkattupady, near Bharata Mata School of Legal Studies and Bharata Mata College of Arts and Commerce. Very good place to meditate and for participating holy sacraments.

There was nothing in this church during 80s . It was just another church. I havent seen any miracles over there.The only one I saw was, it has become a highly commercialized religious business in a short span of time.Well, this is my point.I dont believe in any human miracles.... especially by the dead.

It is a Latin Catholic church near Choondy Aluva on Pukkattupadi road in the name of St.Jude.Thursday is very busy day with novena and prayers from morning to evening.people from different places come for prayers and worship.there is holy mass every day in the morning. May God bless you for a better life.

Must visit place for anyone who believes. Calm and quiet.. Prayful atmosphere always even when there is no one at the church.

Ask for St. Judes intercession and it will be given by our Lord Jesus Christ. Ive been visiting this church since I was a little boy...from 1990 if I remember right. You will see many miracles happening, sent down by the divine mercy through the intercession of St. Jude.I thank you dear St. Jude for every help and intercession I have received from u since I was a boy.You can feel the divinity here. You can feel the spirit of of our lord here.Songs and choir is a real positive attribute.Fathers bless every one after the mass by placing their hand on your head.Nercha kanji available right from the 6.15 AM mass.There is a small stall where you can purchase rosaries, candles, etc.There is ample parking space. You can park outside the church, by the road. Thursdays are little bit cramped for parking space though. You may have to come early to find yourself a spot.

Parking is available for both 2 & 4 wheeler. Easily accessible by bus as well. Every Thursday there is special Mass & Novena to St.Jude. Holy confession can be done on Thursday as there are many Priests for this.

This is a relatively new parish and its dedicated to St Jude, many Devotees rush to this church on Thursdays seeking the blessings of St Jude, Special Novenas are conducted on Thursdays.Church is on the road side but bit elevated from the ground level , Cars can drive in easily to the parking lot provided at the left side of church.

A place where one can get blessings of GOD through St.Jude. They have services every Thursday. Holy confession can be done every Thursday as there are many Priests for the same. Enough parking is available for cars and bikes. You can buy religious articles from the adjacent shop. Buses towards Aluva, Perumbavoor and Kizhakkambalam are available close to the Shrine.

I had visited the St Jude Catholic Church at Edathala which is under the diocese of Verapoly and it is also known as Etttekar Pally which means Church situated in eight acres.The Church is located adjacent to the main road on its Southern side and it is very visibly and conspicuously situated.The construction of the widening of the Church is in progress.I had attended the Holy mass celebrated in connection with the funeral of my cousin KGJames and I could see that the the Church is spacious enough to accommodate large number of parishioners.The Special Novena Prayers to St Jude is conducted every week.This is really a place of divine grace!!

Famous Church in the name of St Jude.I used to pass by the church everyday in mid 80s , while I was in my secondary school, the place was never like this. The area looked very deserted with minimal people in church.But, now it is a major pilgrimage centre and always crowded. Especially on Thursdays. There is Nercha after the Holy Mass.This place has become like St Antonys Church Kaloor.Parking inside the church premises is limited and the only other option is parking on the PWD road shoulder.The Mircles of St Jude is many, for which I my self , am a testimony.
