Its a five minute drive from Aluva bus station and railway station. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. But its not that grand. Worth the money though. A/c and non A/c rooms are available. There is a food court in the complex. But the menu they offer is not that wide. Overall its a good place to stay for a day or two.

The earlier charm of conducting programs are lost because of total lack of support from staff. Arrogant front office totally authoritative manager Mr. Girish. Have anyone heard of charging for table, chair, podium separately in a banquet hall booking. Dont loose the past Glory. Immediate intervention is good

Horrible place to stay. Best is to stay away from this hotel. Stayed in a heritage room charges are 2500/-. But pathetic rooms. The room locks just come off. Cheap leaking Plastic bathroom fittings speak volumes about the interest the management takes. The worst part is my interaction with the person at the reception. Not interested in your problems, on the contrary wants to insult you. Pl for gods own countrys sake avoid this place... Most of the facilities shown in the website are not available. This hotel is only for a special class of people whom they provide the best rooms. Once again pl avoid... Another good news no complimentary breakfast

Good atmosphere and traditional type building

Its an old heritage hotel, seems once a pwd rest house. AC room was good enough and well maintained though the property was quite old. Good meals they serve in non veg restaurant. Lot of parking available. Walkable distance from Railway station and bus station.

It was a decent but a very classic place and it was a very pleasant experience to be here. Only cons would be you will have to request for hot water apart from that food availability and delivery here is awesome.

If you really value money, dont take this hotel. You will get just a clean towelIf Ready to pay their exuberant price, then please tow your own power generator and carry bottles of clean drinking water. They dont provide these in the hotel except lot of parking spaces..

They have very good and neat rooms which keeps the heritage quality, services are good. Staffs are very friendly. Good parking space and the food is really good at normal price. I recommend this hotel whenever you come visiting aluva and looking for a place to stay. Situated in the heart of aluva town. 2min to railway station, and there is a bus station and auto stand infront of the hotel.

P,Very old heritage house , now as guest house,poor maintaining

Couldnt sleep at all... We came for a shooting and all.our day was spoiled because we couldnt sleep well... Lot of noise and taps on doors with a really scary atmosphere... Seems like its haunted or something.. no power in between...full of mosquito and cockroaches...Very poor service and room.

A good heritage hotel. Nostalgic to stay in a heritage atmosphere.

Good nice and calm atmosphere. Rooms are good and occupied furnitures are there. Affordable price and customer friendly. Nearby veg restaurant annagauri is very good and delicious food available. Affordable too. But mahanamis restaurant is little bit high price but neat and delicious food. Especially karimeen fry is very nice. Toilet cleanliness was not that good either in rooms and restaurant too. Lot of parking space available.

Very bad experience.... They showed us a room which was not even cleaned. We just kept our baggage and went on for looking another hotel.. When we came back and vacated the room they charged us 1500......we hardly stayed there forhalf an hour..

Hotel Mahanami is a very famous one in Aluva. It used to be guest house for MLAs and MPs. Now it is also a restaurant. There are halls which is used for holding meetings. The atmosphere there is very calm and quite. It is next to the post office and municipal town hall.

Thousands of mosquitoes flying around us while eating. Otherwise it’s a better place compared to other hotels in aluva.We tried tattu dosa, gheeroast and tea from here.All dishes was great.
