Worst experience ever!Today me and my daughter got in here and we regret it .I wonder why these people behave so rude and mannerless for no reason . ( Maybelline counter women) what on earth is wrong with these people ? I have a feeling saying that they have serious pyschological issues.sort this out and stop making us feel annoyed .

People are so Belligerent.Especially that lady in the Maybelline counter ( pavithra I noticed her name on the receipt ) and another sales person right opposite of it. They made me feel so uncomfortable and were so annoying, I hate it in there. I would never go again for sure! You should really take this into concern.PS: just being honest .

We get most stuff related to cosmetics. But the staff need to be more courteous. I felt bad when they didnt bother to check an alternative for what I wanted. Though I had got the same lost time. They showed no interest in attending customers.

This used to be a great place to buy all your toiletries at one point of time but this has now gone to dogs. Not only do they lack in the product range but they also charge at MRP which makes it useless to go all the way to this shop. One would rather go to the neighbour shop who not only gives lesser but also better products. Kumar stores was a good place but not anymore! Not recommended
