Customer care is very rude, after call I am sure that not going for the service from them

Looking for a zero star or even less. Worst service ever experienced. The staff seems non responsive and unprofessional. High bills and lowest possible quality service

Was looking for a negative rating.Firstly while installing the wifi they took extra charge and installation bill was around 11k and after that in beginning some issues were there in service.They never receive call and support is very bad.And the worst thing is that their so called boss is one of the worst person in whole company, he never receives call and specially when we disconnected the connection and called him after 1 month for refund status he didnt pick up call and then he says he is so busy that he does not have time for refund.So this should never be a last option also for someone.Suggest you to use mobile hotspot instead of contacting rhem for service.

Bloody people give the bill so much at 1 date of every month even if you recharge at 20 then also you will get the bill at 1st date. They are such a fraud they dont reply on the calls dont even pick up the calls. They have such weak connection there is no 0 star I would have given that.

This is a total fraud.The network is bad.They took extra charges for intstallation and it was totally amounting to 10kAnd when we told them to refund our money because of bad network, they stopped receiving calls.Please dont take there service ever.Worst.

Please have this as a last option if you need wifi connection. Very pathetic service
