Not good according to speed and unprofessional staff

Mostly one counter open , hence alway big line / queue of vehicles. One counter got fire a month ago , still not working. NHAI knew it , they dont take any action.

The fast tag service at this toll is very bad every lane is working like a normal cash lane. Plus the yellow line rule is not applicable at this toll

Fast tag lane is too slow. No use of having fast tag if the lane of fast tag is not speedy. They are taking too much time for every vehicle. Waiting period is too much.

I am not happy to post that review but is true the service of this toll plaza is too slow when I travelling from agra to aligarh I waste my 1:30 hours in the queue and I late for the work. But the sevice of cleanliness of the toll plaza is so good. That why I am giving 2 star.

The highway us pritty nice and road are very wide
