Advice to Management and Owner: Have faith and trust your employees. You already have a wonderful team of recruiters and an awesome Sales Manager.Use proper language while communicating with them. They are your employees not labour workers working on some construction site.Its been like 6,7 years since you guys are working but in terms of progress and Image..you guys are going down each day.
They hold my salary for saying that I was rude and non professional at work.....None of the manager asked why I was absent and instead of that they hold my salary so I kept their things until they will not release my salary.....Do not join this company....HR habeeba blocked me on call and WhatsApp, continuosly saying that mail me for any issue....How can anybody express their view and anger in E-mail....No management, No Co-operation....I want my money
Great place to start. Lots amazing perks like free food, happy hours, etc, but the salaries are not high enough!Nice company in Aligarh....
