This place is wonderful And this is also my favorite place, go somewhere, it is comforting to come back here.

Its my resident Hall since 2011. Love to live here.

VERY BAD HOSTEL , WITH NO FACILITIES ,VERY BAD STAFF

This is one of the oldest and largest residential hall among Aligarh Muslim University campus.

It is a boys hall of AMU...there are four hostels in it named after some of the famous Urdu poets, who contributed in the making of AMU that time, it is located inside the campus, and the way is once you reach AMU Library, you will find a road on the right side, if you come from baabe syed gate....and from there it is merely a 5 minute walk.....the Hall is not as grand and beautiful as the SS NORTH, SS SOUTH or THE VM Hall, but over all nice....so good luck if you have got a room there...👍

I am a resident of Mohsin Al Mulk . My hostel name is Saifi . Its an outstanding resident . Each and every facilities are there for the convenience of students . I am proudful to be a part of Mohsin ul Mulk Hall , Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (India) . Thank you so much 💕💕 .

Syed Mehdi Ali Khan Mohsinul Mulk was born in 9th December, 1837 in Etawah. He obtained his primary education from his home, after his higher studies, he became civil servant under British Government from 1867 to 1874.  From 1874-1893, he held the higher post under the Nizam. He was a big supporter, true follower and good friend of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. Syed Mehdi became secretary of Mohammadan Anglo Oriental College from 1889 till his death in 16th October, 1907.About the Hall & ResidentsMohsinul Mulk Hall was established in the year 1963 in the fond memory of Nawab Mohsinul Mulk. The foundation stone of Mohsinul Mulk Hall was laid by Pandit Jawaher Lal Nehru,  the first Prime Minister of India. It started with one Hostel namely ?Amin Hostel? attached to Aftab Hall.  It comprises six hostels which were named after the true followers of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan: (i)Allama Shibli hostel  (ii)Amin hostel (iii) Saifi hostel  (iv) Hali hostel   (v) Mualana Mohd. Ali Johar hostel  and  (vi) Majaz hostel.   Dr. M. This Hall is full of greenary, shrubs and trees. This Hall is with very peaceful environment. For reading purposes this Hall provides very healthy environment as it has too much peaceful environment. But this Hall is quite backward as Markets are quite away from this Hall.

One of the largest halls of AMU... The vastness of this hall is unmatchable... The historic architecture of some of the places inside, like Shibli Hostel etc remind about its grandeur to a first time visitor...Definitely, One of the best halls of Aligarh Muslim University...

The grand mohsinul mulk hall generally known as M.M. hall is besides R.M. hall. The hall is spread in a big area with a renown football ground. M.M. hall comprises of 6 different hostels along with 3 annexure.

Rooms are a little bit dirty.. But the environment for studying is quiet good..

Hall with good accommodation facility among other halls of Aligarh Muslim University. Building structure are old times, Need renovation of the old buildings . Currently living here.

A peaceful area in university campus but sometimes you will feel alone here.

Student often get scared when they listen I am in M.M. Hall....Its all because of the activities that happened few months ago or few years age..... actually there happened lots of such activities that scared student to have this hall...like reports fighting and all.....In this hall u can easily recognize that there are many groups like Ghazipuri, Azamghari, Kashmiri, bihari, Bangali etc...But when I got this Hall...I found the best among all.....it has a Football playground, cricket playground, a beautiful Park, a mosque, a canteen with delicious items, there is market behind the mm hall , u can go market easily jumping throughout the wall ..Mm hall has good dinning than other halls....

Now it comprises of 6 hostels which were named after the true follower of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan.1) Allama Shibli Hostel2) Amin Hostel3) Saifi Hostel4) Hali Hostel5) Maulana Mohammad Ali Johar Hostel6) Majaz HostelDr. M Hashim Kidwai was the first provost of this hostel. At present near about 1500+ residents are residing in the hall.It is good hall nice and clean with greenish environment. Students residing here are safe. It has a common room and a reading room. There are canteens too...Generally here rooms are either 4 seater or 5 seaterSome rooms are 3 seaters also

Rooms are OKay.Food is not Good.Bathrooms are not too cleaned.But better than others.
