I ordered food at home then didn’t deliver on time after waiting after for several hours they didn’t delivered, i went to the hotel and got to know it wasn’t t even cooked .!Such a shame for this place and the managment of this staff is so poor cant even explain.!WAS A TORTURE!!

The overall interior aesthetics and ambience of the restaurant are really good. Staff was polite.Food was ok, not fully worth the price. The rotis and butter naans were a bit off.Overall, youre paying a premium for the excellent interiors.

House keeping and room service is a big zero. Nobody listens to you. Early morning or around midnight laundry services wont let you sleep. Laundry service machine works just like some labour is using biggest ever hypothetical hammer over the roof top especially on first floor roofs. No facility for driver stay. Drinking water not provided, though drinking water is an amenity. Infrastructure is very good including room and washroom.

Different types of Rooms are available 24*7 hours because it is located opposite of bus stand and only 200 meters from railway station. You can organise birthday party, meeting, anniversary, engagement ceremony here. I have been hearing this name since childhood.

Hotel location is excellent. 100 Mts from Railway Station and opposite to Bus stop. Ambience is very good.food quality and service is appreciable. only constraint factor is Food items are little expensive.rest is best.

Fraudsters.....they will charge you for the things you never asked for and they have their own taxation policy.

Its my favourite place to eat, the interior of the restaurant was so pleasant n staff is so well behaved...n food was so delicious, I love to take veg sizzler, Navratan korma and the best Rubys special Makhani dal...thanks for making my day whenever I visited there...

Halls, toilets and bathrooms are very hygienic and nicely maintained.Its good place for engagement ring ceremony, birthday party, get together party and other functions too. Parking place is also available where 10-15 four wheeler may be parked at once.The food and ambience of this hotel is very good.

Im also bound to note that the furniture is not at all maintained, resulting in a major cloth tear. Sanitary hygiene and cleanliness is not as expected for the money. We stayed by the name of Siraj Sen-Gurgaon.Edit 1(after reply from Hotel Ruby)- Stop establishing false blasphemy on the name of your customers. Third class food last night I had chicken it was raw not cooked properly. Manager and cook both were arrogant and misbehaved . Never eat here. It’s better to eat in royal residency. Badtameez staff hai inka.

Having the most horrible stay. The AC wasn’t working and started making loud noises in the middle of the night. The staff was courteous enough to give me another room to stay in the middle of the night. Definitely not coming back to this hotel though.

Hotel is near by Railway station, road is mostly crowded.Rooms are not so good, cleanliness & room service can be improved.Food quality is ok ok( restaurant is mostly crowded at night).If you are on official tour better to stay in orchid Blue, it is far far better than Ruby Hotel.

I usually visit Ruby for dinner or parties. Food quality and taste is very good. One od the best places in aligarh to Dine at. They also have room available for stay and for renting during parties. They have few party halls which can ve rented as required. Music system is also available as required. Sizzler is a must try in food. Recently they have opened a shop which serves snacks, ice creams, shakes, fast foods and more..

The staff is really very cooperative. Its a great and safe place for couples and family. I am enjoying my stay. Would recommend others to stay over here. Good facility in this price bucket. Good service and great amenities. Restaurant also available.

Good & smiley person on front desk.Pros1. Interior of rooms is not good as hotel is maintained from outside.2. Also rooms charge is high as rooms lack so many things like tea maker, fridge.3. TV was working in night but not operating in morning. And they were unable to solve the issue.4. Fooding cost is also on little bit higher side as they charged Rs.37/- for one cup tea.5. There is some scope for the improvement in room service too.

Firstly, location is perfect nearby to both railway station as well as the bus stand.Secondly, food is very good but 4 stars because its a bit costly. But when it tastes good you will not mind paying a bit extra.Thirdly, only toilets need a bit cleanliness.LCDs are smaller as compared to size of the room.Wall clock was missing in the room although I found it necessary for the room.

Hotel staff not supportive, poor room service waited for 30-45 for cleaning room after dinner given 3-4 calls, hot water was not continuously running from the tap if you need hot water then you have to call everytime, hot water was available after 10-15 minutes only when request have been raised. blower was not working properly.

A very homely and decent place for a small visit to Aligarh city. Hotel Ruby is having a very cooperative staff to provide the service.

I wont recommend to go here.U will go here and manager will tell u that I will have to ask whether credit card works or not.Their check out time is 12 noon. Even if you reach in the morning they dont allow u to stay after 12 noon.I recommend other nearby hotels which accept credit cards as well as give freedom of 24 hours check out.I dont want anyone of you to get disappointed after visiting here.

One of the worst hotel i have seen in Aligarh.Appears like having a good infrastructure but inside it different.The food supply in this hotel is that much unhygienic that i got Typhoid from thus food.They supply tap water for drinking in the room. Also the whole food preparation is from tap water.Room are unclean. I have to change 3 room for improper washroom.Room service is highly disappointing. You have to call 20 time if you want your room to be cleaned. Manager is rude and arrogant cant understand hindi because he belongs to NepalFinally i would have given 0 star to this hotel if it is possible. Please do not eat anything in this hotel even if you have booked it as i am still suffering from typhoid.

Good restaurant, nice food. Limited crowd. Not the best in town, for sure. However, you can sit calmly and have good food.I have not been to the rooms of the hotel so wont comment on them.

Very bad experience in this hotel.My train was late I reached by 3.50 am .*** who was on reception told me that you are late we have only one room , we have no option for you.I told him if room is good then there will be no issue.But it was horrible for me when I enter in the room.I asked for another room. then they show single bed room.After that they show me other room in which I am staying , this room is also so bad , I have uploaded the snaps of the room. I asked for the water but I didnt got , I got unique type excuse that the fridge is lock.Its horrible Hotel I will not recommend any one to stay in this hotel. Its very bad hotel..

Delicious food, particularly the Chinese cuisine, which is easily the best in Aligarh; neat and clean; quiet and peaceful; discrete and thoroughly professional service. Price wise, a bit on the higher side, but the slightly higher charge is more than justifiable.

Rooms are dirty wall are damped and stinks. No complimentary water no tea maker in the room.
