After-sales service is very poor. They did not give a box of laptop & not complete the warranty registration process even after one week. Terrible experience, worst service.

Worst shop ever...and the rudest customer service!!! Once bought their product they have no regards for their services, they rather commit in verbal abuses than helping you with your problems and rather say its your issue to handle even when the product is under warranty. Kindly avoid going to this place.

They sold their products by showing and telling fake warranty, when you go to there with you product they refused to serve you and says warranty has expired. He said to me your hard disc is crash need to change but another engineer solved my issue. Please dont go to Rashi computer.
