Very worst service in all over the India. Employees behavior is very poor, they dont know how to deal with a customer. Please nobody purchase the vehicle from vikas auto two wheeler. Every employee is disturb you again and again and not any facility for the bike/scooty holder. Deals like an animal. I really disappointed with this showroom and service centre. They waste your whole day in one second.

Customer care executive is not able to customer problem solve.she spoke that we are busy so i cant talk .i bought a bike from this store but last 45 days i dont received bike number yet.

My experience towards bike service was not bad , but one thing I want to share with1) That in the cooler kept near minor repairs place was having current 220 volt. As by mistake My hand touched with attached railing , I got full shocked. Immediately I called manager and told him about current in cooler. He just disconnected the cooler. Ok .But I was surprised when I was saying that there is current in the cooler a staff told we know that there is current in cooler.I was shocked that even having knowledge of current in the cooler the cooler was running I dont know from when it was.2) Another experience was that there was huge quantity of smoke. Fresh air fan was not working, also no proper ventilation has been maintained. The customer lounge and mechanic work place is not only harmful but cancerous.I request to the management of the service provider to give attention to save the people and maintain safety and healthy atmosphere.ThanksS K Saxena

If you dont have free services then dont go there, The staff is not very much supportive. They ask you about the problems in your vehicle but never work on those problems they do their regular work. And they never give you the opportunity to fill the feedback they do it by themselves and you have to wait for approx 20 mins for billing at approx 3 counters.

They have a big stock of bikes and scooters but customer service needs more improvement and professionalism...
