Pathetic service. There concentration is towards looting as much money from the customers as possible. You cannot get your vehicle repaired easily unless you buy a service too. My bike wasnt starting so opted for pick n drop. Two guys came and took away my bike without providing any job card and asked me to collect the same from the service center and was charging Rs. 200 for this option. On reaching service center they gave me a job card in which they have added service cost and oil and what not and told me an estimate of around Rs. 2000. Seeing the costly prices of the parts I denied the service since my bike is now out of warranty anyways. After the bike got repaired I asked them to get it dropped to my location since I came with another vehicle to which they denied and told me they only pick the bike up and dont drop it. Rs. 200 is a general cost at most TVS service centers for pick n drop facility, I have once taken the same in Ghaziabad and it was flawless. I ended up paying them Rs. 550 just to get this checked that my battery was working or not. While checking the mechanic broke one of the wires and manually twisted the two ends to make a connection. When I asked him to atleast close the open wire with a small tape he went and brought a new tape and it was being charged on my bill so I asked him to let the wire be open. And not to mention the inconveniences I had to face to get my bike back to my home. Never going to this service center ever again.

It was a nice experience to visit there.Staff is cooperative and helpful. Although I went there just for price inquiry yet they provide me complete support

I have stopped getting my vehicle serviced from their, and now when it was mandatory to visit them for HSRP i had a pathetic experience!!

सर्विस स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत घटिया स्तर का है। आज अपनी बाइक का सेल्फ चेक कराया था जिसके 350 रुपये चार्ज किये । केवल चेक करने का इतना चार्ज तो कार का भी नही होता।

Har customer ko bebkoof bnate hai ye log, sahi se jankari nhi dete hain, or koi cheez purchase krne k baad customer se sahi se baat tk nhi krte hai,So plz I suggest to everyone, dont buy anything from malhotra TVS Aligarh
