Poor service. They are not much technical. I had problem with only charging PCB and they were asking for approx rs 13000rs to replace display and mother board.Samsung at least teach them first how to repair phones.Even my phone was in warranty still was ready to pay for charging PCB because it was broken.Even my phone was ringing when call was coming only display and charging were not working due to broken PCB still they were asking to change mother board and display.Stop to cheating customers.Edit: My phone issue has fixed in just 2K rs.

Bundle place. they are taking too much time to resolve the problem. the staff have only one reply to everyone. your phone is out of warranty please pay the money than we can proceed only. technician are less experienced. counter staff is illiterate.

Had bad experience. I had a problem of screen bleeding but they denied to cover it under warranty without even checking it. Then again I had to visit and video record when they were opening my mobile.Screen didnt have any impact damage and they covered it under the warranty thereafter.

My Experience was good. Less waiting time and i received my phone on the date promised by the service center.

Really good and reliable service, they open parts in front of customer and repair the phone on spot or as soon as possible, you will also be given refreshments while you wait for your phone to get repaired.

Authorized service center in Aligarh. Quick service. I went there for screen replacement. staff behavior is good and professional easy to locate and most of the time it is crowded.

They doesnt know how to talk with the customers. They only make money from the customer with listening the problems of the customer.Really poor experience.

Team could be more helpful. I didnt carry my airpots BOX PACKING (Cardboard) so they said we cannot submit it pl come back again then only we will submit it.

Very bad service center. They hardly reply to calls. And if you take device, they directly replace parts even without checking if there is any problem in the parts they are replacing.In my case, they took my phone for testing the problem and then closed the case saying that they dont have required parts without doing anything regarding testing the device and checking for the problem.

Such a cheater service centre,We replaced new screen from them worth Rs 7307 and after 1 month screen blinking , they said we are not responsible for it.Very bad behavior with customers by staff even to surprised by manager also.Cheater!!!!!!!!!

Took alot of time for repairing and at the time of giving phone back they took more than 3 hours and they say we provide speedy service... is this fast?

Customer waiting lounge area has only a single ceiling fan and one wall fan.ACs are not working only for show!At the time of Customer service, chair was also not available for customer seating!!What more to say about?😑😣
