Services provided by Hira and Manju were very good. They were considerate and helpful.My pre bridal sittings were done by Kirti ji and she was so considerate and helpful. My engagement makeup was done by Khushboo ji, it was subtle and as expected. Honey ji, the organiser, was very helpful from day one of my bridal booking at Lakme.

Body massage by kirti was very relaxing and body massage by daraksha was so good that my mother slept off

We booked the bridal makeup for my sisters wedding...the main makeup artist Honey didnt turn up instead there was a junior makeup artist who didnt even know the basics of makeup...she spoiled the entire makeup of my sister....the lipstick was bleeding...the false lashes came out...neither draped the dupatta properly nor blended the foundation...and we booked the airbrush makeup....we had to supervise her whole time....I would never recommend the bridal makeup to be done from this place....took 20,000 bucks and didnt do the makeup worth of 2000...worst makeup service I have ever seen.....they are just spoiling the goodwill of Lakme. I wonder how people have written such good reviews...

Booked my pri bridal package from Lakmé. At first was little nervous about the services and how the results would turn out..Must say staff here is tooo good and very professional,They know what they are doing and will make sure to provide perfect services..kudos to Arshi,Salman and Subi for providing such fantastic services. Would surely recommend a must visit to Lakmé Aligarh if you love to pamper yourself

They have no value for money. Just charging us due to name of lakme brand. I had to point out areas during manicure and pedicure where they didnt perform the procedure. We pay so much money assuming that it is a branded salon so the service will be good but the people who work their dont have any idea or experience of working in a salon. My local salon staff is more qualified then these amateurs. Calling them amateurs is like giving them a compliment. Please dont visit this pathetic salon and waste your money.

I have booked makeup for five people.It is very disappointing they dont know how to do makeup.The owner Honey is very irresponsible.There is not enough staff.The junior artists made us just like a monkey.The price of makeup is very high ,not even worth it.They only care about money and nothing else.

Very unprofessional and unqualified staff and even the owner. Very poor services. They spoiled my engagement makeup. Took 7k but did a makeup of 200bucks. Products used by them for bridal are of very low quality which hardly last for 4hrs only while they claim for 12 hrs.

I had pathetic experience on my day of wedding, They delayed bridal makeup by 3 hrs and were able to finish it by 11 PM that too it was done in hurry with improper bun, missing nail paint, etc.I opted for airbrush Makeup but it did not last for more than 3hrs and was not giving airbrush kind of look, Just waste of money.Went through with pre bridal facial of 4.5K as well but no results were visible on my face n skin.Marriage is a big occasion of life so think twice rather than regretting for a life time.

Very worst experience I hv with lakme. Only one staff was available on Pre booking which is only for makeup. She doesnt know any hairstyle. Mere 2 party makeup the aur bridal makeup tha. Pre booking hone k bawazood ek hi staff tha. Air brush ka charge krk normal makeup diya. Aur wo bhi itna bekar ki thodi der mein hi kharab ho gya. Money wastage

Worst ever!!! They are cheaters, we booked 3 bridal makeups of air brush but each and every single time the makeup artist did drama saying ohh i forgot airbrush then in the end she did a little of it to fool us off. Also the salon is on a high upper floor ,and the stairs to it are very very dangerous specially after bridal makeup when you are dressed heavily from up to down. Better go to VLCC salon, they do charge a bit more but its worth it in all ways.

Lakme salon was very nice and relaxing. I had my hair straightening with Rehan. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I got a hair spa which was very relaxing. My hair feels very nice abd smooth. I would recommend him as a stylist

Very bad experience. We have gone there for hairstyle , eye makeup and saree draping..They dont know how to drape saree, which hairstyle suits on my face cut. Worst experience...Using poor quality products. Only destroying the name of Lakme.Washroom was pathetic. Even roadside parlours are better than Lakme Aligarh.Just check their products before allowing them to use on your skin.

Total bakwas in quality and service...during the time of bridal makeup,they dont do lehnga drape and makeup properly..its employee staff just wants to run after 8 pm .no matter of bride makeup is completed successfully or not..all they want is to run sooner ..not worth for spending 14000 for airbrush..i did
