Liked the gym soo very much and loved the enthusiastic behaviour of the trainer and owner regarding fitness and health. Working out there is like a piece of cake with so caring behaviour of the trainer and being a female it means a lot to workout in open atmosphere. Lost a good inches and kgs within lesser time as expected.

The best atmosphere one can get to get physical fitness. Best trainer and owner. All the needed cardio machines and crossfit equipment available at hand. Lost a good amount of weight and gained muscles in a span of few months. Loved the sportive and anthusiastic environment there. Parking space also available. Being in an open space, it allows fresh oxygen in the morning and also, brings you closer to the nature. Present in the heart of the city its a boon for any nature lover. Highly recommended.
