Very good food and warm hospitality.

Not feeling good in taste so please rename it Badwill instead of Goodwill. Not serving here fresh foods also not to worthy for what I am pay. They charged like five star hotel but not getting service like that and footpath stall are served better foods than you.I would like request to tourist that dont visit here and dont waste money. Please try another option.

AVERAGE!Low on serving staff! Gave menu card after almost 20 mins! Then came to took order after another 10 mins!I ordered a pretty simple dish as owner suggested that tandoor items will take time! So even after this long waiting, I got raw meat and average taste!So AVERAGE on all aspects.

Service wasnt prompt had to wait for an hour till the food arrived. Shortage of staff even had to request to place the order.food wasnt up to the mark and the bhakri they serve seems to be a joke...a lot to improve for the money they charge absolutely zero service.

Very therd class hotel staff was not responsive to customer i have wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes for chicken thali only and also get very less food there is no Collett food thy provide also there is no digital payment options u have to carry cash onlyAs per my suggestion u most have to come vadkhal for food orIn alibag thy will charge very high price and also provide low Collett food

Worst staff...Waiter was not willing to listen.... rude tone..Time lagega was his only comment..Neither willing to take our order nor were we given water....I do accept that they may have been understaffed, but this is not the way to treat customers...Even the owner/manager laughed it off...Maybe he should put a notice outside his hotel like the reference of Communities in the CAA...
