I shifted to Alibag a few months ago and was looking for a spacious flat at an affordable price. But as you might expect, most of the builders here charge very high rates for flats, especially from outsiders. Finally, my cousin who has been living here for about 8-10 years suggested I check out There Swami Sannidya society and it worked. I got a great flat in a building near my brothers house that did not hurt my pocket too much. And they gave Semi furnished Flat in same rate .
