Es la primera vez que voy a una tienda de esta cadena. Me ha parecido muy caótica a primera vista con muchísimas cosas juntas, aparentemente sin sentido, aunque seguro que está estudiado todo eso. Quizá agobia un poco.El personal de la tienda es agradable, simpático y te ayudan en lo que necesites.

Más de un mes intentando comprar una lámpara con una tarjeta regalo. Misión imposible: 1. pedimos on line y nos avisaron a los 20 días que la lámpara venía rota. 2. Vamos a comprar la lámpara a tienda y la tarjeta regalo no funciona. Nos derivan a atención al cliente. Más de 30 minutos esperando y no saben darnos una respuesta, lo consultarán con dirección y ya nos dirán. Desde luego que tienen cosas bonitas pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, gastaré mi tarjeta regalo y no volveré a comprar aquí. Tampoco recomendaré la tienda a conocid@s.

Tiene fama de caro, pero es original y se encuentran cosas diferentes. Compré dos sofás sobre 400€ cada uno. Muy bonitos y de buena calidad, comparado con otros, mucho mejores. Y una lámpara de cocina diferente. 49€. Los detalles más pequeños son algo más caros.
