In our first couple weeks of living at the The Landmark, we have felt welcomed and safe in the community and enjoy the lovely location and views from our balcony every day. Its a great place!

There is NOTHING luxury about this location. Highly unprofessional staff. Lacking basic customer service; all staff needs to be RE-educated on WEARING a mask, my main deterrent for not becoming a renter. the handyman which is central to this building LACKED PERSONAL HYGIENE AND PPE HIGHLY DANGEROUS!!! considering this person is in contact with most if not all of this building and it’s inhabitants. The more I experienced I could not leave fast enough. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 04/27/2021

I’ve been a resident of The Landmark Apartments for some time now - relocating from Ohio close to twelve years ago. Prior to my move I researched numerous security-conscious rental properties in Albuquerque and narrowed the list down to a select few that I then toured in person. The Landmark is what I chose. Yes it is an older building and has recently undergone both changes in ownership and management companies. But I can still say I am a satisfied resident. The new management team is great especially when you consider they are dealing with pandemic guidelines never before encountered in our lifetime. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. And the views are fantastic! You should check it out for yourself!

Great renovations, staff is wonderful. Renovated gym and pool area! units are really nice too!

Nice location, close to shopping and restaurants. The upper floors have good mountain and city views. After 6 months its still a good place to live the only issue is the leaking windows and water damage in the master bedroom. Theyve looked at it several times over the last few months with no action, their more concerned about a few pigeons on the balcony. Hopefully the new owners will take better care of the residents concerns. I will update my review and hopefully give them a great opinion.

The complex is great, but be weary of the management and make sure to thoroughly read your lease! I made the mistake of putting my trust in the management and boy what a foolish mistake! I get a lease renewal in January 2012 to renew my lease for an additional year. I failed to double make sure that the lease was from Feb12-Feb13. However, the kind folks here negligently put Mar12-Mar13. So not only were we stuck paying an extra month of rent, they conveniently skipped the shortest month of the year!!! How convenient!!! Later, they say that the dates in the lease are set in stone. Thats odd, when first signing the lease to move in theres so much flexibility, but when it comes to a tenant loosing money and management gaining commission, I guess the rules cant change...

A little older and could use some touching up, but great complex in a great location.
