Satisfied with all products I have purchased...Its good experience....I have purchased many times........if its a genuine they will definitely find a solution for you......the products are also too good!!

I have ordered two products from IHA at the same time via online. After 2 months I am getting one product. I didnt get any updates about the other product. The delivery time is very long. The customer care number is not even responding. Can i get some updates about my product.

Quality of the product is very bad especially zoya. Stitching is very bad. Once I order XXL pencil bottom and I receive XL. When I reported it, they just hear it and disconnect the phone. Didnt take any measure to replace it. About one forwarded order, one order which is placed and paid on Aug 28th, is not yet received. One and a half month is over. But still pending. We cant put any negative comments in the Facebook, they will immediately delete it and block us. As an entrepreneur, they should accept customer reviews even though it is a negative one.

I bought a saree worth 1950+100 shipping saree from your portal last month and the swaroski stone sticker on the saree is very cheap and its not worth the money , the material is also very cheap and thin ..And I bought the saree as the owner mentioned it as they provide 90cm for blouse material ...But its not even 80cm ...How will we trust your brand by investing such an amount for 2000 rs ..Dont you value our money ?? Had a good collection of items but nothing as shown in the videos. If you want those which you see in the clips then its better to order it online. You won’t be disappointed because you will find a nice one that you will like.Staffs are nice and cooperative.

I received the first 4 orders promptly. Dont ever buy in this site. Their products are not worth for the cost. Most of her designs are plain clothes only with some beads work which will go away in 2 wash. I didnt received my order which I ordered 1 month back. When we are following up on our product they are simply blocking our numbers in their mobiles. And not allowing us to comment in facebook too. In facebook I believe only their people are posting positive comments. Dont trust this site. I am not sure how to reach them to get the last product I ordered.Worst customer service.

I purchased so many products from Iha designs. All are good and awesome. But last day I commented in FB, the product received was not the same color. That day itself I cant able to find any provision to comment it , whether it is blocked or not or any other issues.Please rectify it.

I had very bad experience with them .. I ordered some material from them and the delivery period they mentioned two days.. but even after 3 days they didn’t dispatch the order.. I have ordered an A line top through pre booking link on Sept 13 and it hasnt shown any further progress yet. It was meant to be received after 25 days. Now its 40th day. Their customer care service is too bad. They never picks up the phone.

They have good collections, but they force to purchase what they give us. Billing experience also very bad. They put bill before we confirm clothes as they wanted to purchase it forcefully. Customer experience can be improved a lot and also shop is arranged in a small space, but expense of clothes are equal to big shops.

I am editing this review after some days since I felt so bad that I purchased from them. When I received the order I had a feeling that wow! Beautiful material. Avoid this fraudulent business like plague!!! The only thing this business is good at is taking their customers money and not delivering the orders at all! I placed my order on 31st Aug and paid for it in advance. However, I am yet to receive anything from them. Now they have blocked my phone number and have also deleted the comment I had made on their Facebook page. In fact I can no longer comment on their Facebook page! If the owner thinks that she can get away by cheating people of their hard earned money then she is very wrong.... I will soon be lodging a police complaint again this fraud. I would recommend everyone else who have been cheated by Iha designs to do the same.

The quality of product in #IHA DESIGNS ALAPPUZHA is very poor and customer service are not take care any responsibility regarding their product. I got colour blended product from them and l lost 18000 rs. So please dont buy any product from them.

If were paying to you we have the right to complaint na..I paid above one lakh for Kurtis and salwars till now.. its a part of trust..if the customer complaints u will block all the online customers?Then what is the point of selling in online? The worst store. I never faced such experience from anyone. I ordered an item through online and i paid also. After 25 days i didnt get any confirmation mail or anything about the dispatch they didnt even attending the calls or mails or any msgs and i commented under their insta page and they deleted the comment and replied me they told me they will dispatch this saturday and after that they told me it will take 10 more days to dispatch and i asked for my money and they are not returning my money back. They are cheating us.

They said it will be dispatched in 28 days , but now its more than 30 days still no update. They dont respond to your emails or whatsapp messages.. A month ago , I placed a preorder and the item is not dispatched . I called them 4 times and told them I need it for my babys birth day . Date of order was on 6 th of sep . They assured me that they will dispatch the item from the production unit on urgent basis . When I called fourth time , on Oct 3 rd I repeated the same thing and again they assured me that they will dispatch it immediately . Few minutes back they called me and told me that they dispatched the item and as it is an emergency one I will get it on 6 th . Still I was in doubt because its known that there is no chance to get the item ( it was a weekend ) . Ihad to purchase another dress and replan everything for my babys birthday party. I checked the item staus today onnthere site and itsnot yet dispatched . Please do not give fake info to your customers and do not lie to your customers . Online shopping and business is all about trust. Only take orders upto your threshold . I am traveling back in 4 days and I wont get my order before that. Trying to reach them via whatsapp andbcal . No response /call waiting .

The worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with. They have good attire’s but unfortunately they have the worst staffs and customer service. Would never recommend this brand to anyone. If you’re owing up to a big brand then show that in all means. They’re very confident to say their prices and least bothered to talk anything about the dress or any query from customer.Also note if you put a bad review about them they’ll tell you they’ll file a case. Worst customer service. Don t buy from this site. They dont pick up the call once we complained. Ordered ready to wear zoya salwar set for 1350rs. Ordered medium size and they sent XXXL size. Dont buy from this site. They keep telling the policies and they wont refund the product. Dont trust these. I have ordered top and bottom set August 29th. But not received .Order received. But the delivery person of DTDC hesitated to deliver the product at the door steps. So which made me to go there and collect my parcel from DTDC. For delivery I paid Rs 100, which is a waste of money.

I have ordered a kurta set on August 28th through online. It was a pre-order purchase but In that pre order video nooha mam said that it will get within 15days.. Thats why I ordered,because I have to attend a function on 25th September, and today 23rd September I contacted there customer service and enquired about my order, but they said it is not yet dispatched because of huge order they received, then I told please cancel my order because it wont be deliver before 25th September, but they told that they dont have a cancellation policy,I have only one question to nooha mam that.. You received a huge order but its not my mistake.. I ordered it for a specific purpose. you assured about you will deliver it within 15 days now you cant do it.. Then customers have the right to cancel it.. Am I right?? Its not a good customer service mam..Edit : October 14th.. Not yet received.. Really fed up with your service.. I visited this shop with a lots of expectations after seeing the videos but had a very bad experience. You need to improve a lot in customer service and handling cloth materials in a neat and tidy way. They are pushing and making stress on their customers to buy their products even though the customer not like it much. Only interested in billing the products fast rather than showing much collections. Very much disappointed.

I have bought around 10 products from you and I like your quality and fit. But it is true your team doesnt know to take feedback. I have bought two pencil pants from them.as per their size chart I bought it.but on arrival it was too small not even suitable for kids.i have been calling and emailing them continuously for past five days.but no response from them. Worst customer service my daughter ordered a kurthi of size XL looking all the measurements and when it came i was not at all fitting for her where as it was correct for her sister who is a small girl and wears M sized dress. Tried calling them messaging them mailing them no responses at all not even showing the courtesy to replay to the messages and moreover no replacement or refund!!!!! So pathetic and really bad 👎 better to say the worst, we are paying the money for the items they are not giving it for free!

Very cheap quality materials are in the shop for sale, we had travelled about 60 km after seeing everydays video updates , but after reaching the shop i was very dissapointed.Give more preference to the customers entering the shop

Really bad customer service. No proper tracking of purchased item.i have ordered an item 15 days back and still not received it. When we call we dont get proper information. When we call again they wont pick the call and we need to call from another number and we get the same response that we are looking into it. If they cant deliver the item I asked for refund but for that also no response. I wont suggest anyone. despite poor ratings they dont want to improve their services.

I have ordered clothes for more than 10 times from this page .The clothes that I had received was of very good quality . I received the exact same dress that is shown by them. Very bad customer service and irresponsible treat to the customer. They make the video attractively but once the money credited in their account she or her team never contacts the customer back. When we call them to discuss about any problem related to the stitching or material they will disconnect the call in between.Suggesting all my friends, relatives and acquaintances to not buy anything from iha design, Alappuzha. You will not receive it at time.Please Stop cheating people by giving them useless items.

I am totally unsatisfied with your service. While on the video you are not providing the right information. I have bought a saree from your store via online purchase, while on the video it was mentioned as light weight party wear saree. But, when I received it, it was too heavy, with heavy thread work, the ones which brides used to wear. I know after posting this review, u may ask for the id, as far as I have purchased it online, without taking a video while opening the product, I wont be able to return the product. I am sorry for this.

The iha designs has very good collections of churidar materials ,saree and ready made materials.They provide it at affordable prices.But the shop is little bit small and feels like its crowded.

In that video they told it will be dispatched with in 3days I didn’t get it. after 5days I called and emailed then they told me order has been placed it will be dispatched soon. 2 days after I got an email that they are refunding my money. Visited the shop near thiruvambady and the staff directed us to the shop near irumbupalam for regular kurthies and salwars. We didn’t find anything similar to fb display. And they showed some tops which are commonly available in all other shops (like lafille) and the price is too high compare to other shops. Totally disappointing. I am writing this review here because their social media team deleted my queries and experience shared in their fb page today.

Friends... please think twice..before you buy something from Iha... bought a georgette banarasi saree from them which worth14k. when i draped it for the 1st time jst for 2 hours, the body became red in color, which bleeded from the saree wherever it came in touch with sweat...on my hand, stomach etc. may be due to poor quality dye used even for an expensive material.. they are not even ready to give a proper response. Sorry to post such a review like this.When I posted the same review in FB, Iha team deleted my comment within secs and blocked me.Then I posted in Insta, there also she deleted my review and blocked. Would give it a 0/5 if I had the option...This is the best place for you if you have lot of time in your hands would love to waste it on them. They advertise a bunch of collections on facebook and build up hype only to say later that it is out of stock. Whats even funny is how they never update their website to show whats available. In my case, I ordered a dress and paid for it only for them to call me 2 hours later and say that the product I ordered is out of stock. Why would they show something that is out of stock as available on their website? When I asked for a refund they wouldnt give it to me and forced me to pick some other dress which I totally wasnt satisfied with, They have the worst customer support ever. Once you place your order if you try to get in touch with them they never bother to respond. If you buy something you cannot cancel it. You wont get any refunds. Youll have to call them atleast 100 times before they pick up their phone. Please dont fall for these scammers especially if you are looking to buy dresses for some special occasion as youll end up being dissapointed in the end and might have to wear some normal dress for that occasion. I dont usually bother typing such long reviews but I had to do it this time to make sure other people dont end up falling for these scammers. Edit: Also adding another point I noticed how they go and try to make other reviews look fake by claiming those are paid reviews. If you guys have time to go around and type all negative reviews are fake and paid then maybe you guys need to work on setting up an actual customer support team which can respond to calls and someone who can update your website for you.

I had the worst customer service ever. They have 4 or 5 WhatsApp numbers , messenger and email which they never reply if we have any concern. Initially I ordered few kurtis but accidentally I placed 2 orders instead of one and I been contacting them on all these numbers. Finally after a week someone replied after shipment. It was fine for me bcz partially it was my fault. Again I ordered few churidars for my family for a function and I didn’t received it for 3 weeks. So everyday I was contacting on all these numbers but was not getting an answer.Finally someone replied and gave me another number and I was repeating the same. I was very upset they were online and seeing my messages and didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge my concern. Now its 4 weeks , for the function I had to buy another set and today they sent me the shipping tracking number which says the shipment was done today ( after 4 weeks). If they could give an apology or atleast the reason why it happened I won’t be writing this.My order ID- #71920, #67811

Worst experience from them, we traveled all the way from Trivandrum to Alappey just to purchase from Iha and it happend only on the influence of their igtv vds in Instagram profile. Even after reaching, there was no one to guide or assist us to purchase. Then we asked for some of their latest saree collections with their videos and they said it is not available there and in fact their staffs couldn’t understand the products in their own video. And they showed us some old, faded and dull sarees claiming that they are the best and forced us to buy those. Then when we asked to show some more sarees, they said they are costly and we should buy those sarees that they have shown us in the first. We told them we came from Trivandrum just to purchase from u, that time their staff said we have customers from far away than Trivandrum…! as we felt insulted because of their worst customer service we just returned.

Hi friends let me share my experiencei placed 2 party wear top order in AUG 30they given time in 2 weeks . but i didnt received in 2 or even 2 /3/4 weeks . i enquired there is no follow up or any assistance realy bad i feel . i thought why i made order .after all i received 4 th Octoberstill there is fault i received only 1 only and also its not same as in the picture .i dont know is the package is changed or i received wrong package .still i enquired but not assistance from till nowrealy bad experience i could givemy order number #68630still waiting for their replay or response from their side.

Very bad customer service placed an order on 6th of September and till date there is no update nothing no emails and not even answering the calls or messages either dispatch the product orels refund. Order ID 74442 such a bad experience if not capable of handling online platform then please dont go for that and dont provide fake promises for the customer by telling that the product will be dispatched soon. So bad and I will never recommend anybody to shop through their online site

If you need bad customer service with low class product... please visit and waste your hard earned money.

Ok.. Let me post a very honest review. I have purchased more than 15-18 products from Iha Designs...All the products that I ordered were on time and i was satisfied with all the products that I got till date....Now about the price, what I feel personally is that the prices that they offer are quite manageable ,that is, it is worth buying it for that money.Costumer service is a back key to them .. I hope they somehow improve their customer service by appointing more staffs or by someother means...

I have purchased more than a dozen products from Iha including Zoya ,kurtis and salwar sets and Im genuinely impressed by their unique, beautiful and affordable concepts. All the dealings and delivery have been so far good for me. :)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ON ONLINE SHOPPINGPlease think twice before ordering something from IHA Designs online.This is my personal experience.I’ve ordered a saree,Order No 65893, based on what is seen in their YouTube video and website catalog .But got a product totally different in color from what is seen.I’ve spoken to their customer service team many times and they are keen in proving that i must have made a mistake while placing the order or identitying the color,when clearly I have not.They just expect us to assume the product color and be happy with whatever we receive bcoz they won’t be sending products according their web catalog or videos and according to them everything is perfect in their side and nothing is wrong with their service.The customer is always at fault when we try to point out their mistake.And team IHA,have the spine to deal with negative comments.Check their genuinity first.Try to address what is wrong .Blocking someone in social media who posts something negative without even enquiring what is wrong shows how unethical your whole team is.

Hi Nooha mam I am a recent customer from Chennai. In my personal experience I have never had any bad experience with your customer service the girls are so sweet in replying to my queries and clarifying any questions raised. I would also like to mention that any customer service you want to reach them in any organization if I need I will only have to call them and follow up and ask my queries clarified no one will ever call back and ask did you call mam. I have really bad experience of waiting and in calls for a long time and not getting to talk to them as well in other online boutique. At IHA I have never faced it your customer care answers patiently recently I am seeing lots of negative comments about this I just want to make it clear that its not soo. All my forwarded orders have reached me on time within 15days exactly. I am not a Kerela customer I am from Chennai and for other state also you have still kept up your word of 10-15 days delivery.
