Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a kurta on 9th October . Till now no information about the order. They have disabled the comment section on Instagram. No response to WhatsApp or calls. Atleast if there is a delay it could be told. Please now noone fall to this cheating.

Very very bad experience. Paid full money including delivery charge! Almost 12 working days , totally 17 days gone. Still dint receive packages ! Still saying package got dispatched but not ready to give tracking Id. Telling lots of reason ! Dont fall in the trap ! I think they are using bots to write good feedback.

It’s money looting only, I send money through google pay, they still says it’s not credited to their account and to raise a claim I asked them for bank statement and they don’t have it.I thought it’s a technical error and I send the same from another number, still they says it’s not credited.We already contacted GPAY and they are asking for both senders and receivers BANK statement, and FATHIS is not willing to give bank statement, gpay statement is not acceptable, I already informed all these to fathis.NEVER RECOMMENDED.
