Why you guys are not picking calls.here we dont have electricity, almost 5 hrs left. I have tried 10 more times but its busy or receiver removed from phone...today also i got received a notification text from you about tomorrows power cut morning 9 am onwards. Dear engineer actuality its terrible experience sir.

Very very pathetic service. Whenever the sky is just cloudy electricity will not be seen for hours.when trying to get them connected they wont pick up the call.
