Staff was so sweet and helping in nature, rooms are clean also as a girl solo traveller i felt safe there... Alleppey beach is just in front of the property just in walking distance..

It was a nice and cozy stay. Rahul who is the caretaker is very professional and helpful. If you are looking for a budget stay this is the place right next to beach and restaurants and view from the balcony. Thumbs up for the property.

My sister and I reached around 3 am early morning. But the staff/owner let us have the room early. I am very thankful to both of them. I had a amazing stay. The beach is just in front of the hotel which is great. The owner helped us to get some delicious local food as well as with the houseboat. My sister and I had the whole boat to ourself in such feasible price. I really recommend this place.

Stayed 2 days with friends.. Very nice place near to alapuzha beach. Its well maintained, neat and clean house suitable for families and backpackers. The person Rahul is very supportive. Really enjoyed the stay. Wanted to stay there only during next visit with family.

The residency was very close to the beach. Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. Their staff Rahul was very helpful in all aspects, starting from arranging restaurant to boat ride. Only issue was that breakfast was not available, rest all good. It was a value for money deal :)

I stayed at the Pine Beach Residency for two days. And it met all my expectations. The staff is cooperative. The caretaker Mr. Rahul is extremely gentle and arranges all the stuff for you. He arranged my backwaters boating trip and also the tuktuks for wherever I needed to go. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Alleppey. Its is located near the beach with a great view of the sea.

The location is really good. You can sit in first floor veranda and relax. The host were good and polite. Rooms and toilets were clean. However they do not provide food which can be an issue. They also did not provide water bottles in the room. Over all a decent experience.

This place is basic but adequate.The main problem was the poor communication and lack of attention to detail.... like no top sheet, no remote for the aircon, no replacement sheets after I stripped the bed after 3 nights.The location is one street back from the beach but there’s not much else of interest in the area. It’s a 10 minute rickshaw ride to the town.The beach is not very clean. Lots of stray dogs and the surf is too rough to swim comfortably.If it rains ... we’ll you have to wade through ankle deep water.

Its a nice holiday home... Not located on the beach, though pretty close! However, the narrow (and dingy) lane connecting the hotel to the beach isnt quite appropriate, so one may have to opt a round-about way to visit the beach. The rooms were great considering the price and so were the helping hands around. However, I would urge the hotel to have some fooding option. We had elders traveling with us - they couldnt join us for dinner at a nearby cafe and found out that neither the hotel arranges for food nor they allow packaged meals from outside... This was a great turnoff. Anyway, all in all, it was a great day and we got a great deal for backwaters trip! Thanks!

Beautiful place to stay. Clean, new and perfect view for the value. Came to Stay for 2 nights and stayed for 5 instead. Staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I would stay here again for a month easily.

Rates are slightly higher for this sea-view hotel. Rooms are ok. Manager was very polite and arranged for backwaters trip.

Dont forget to opt for ac as the rooms are not properly ventilated. Good beach view from lobby and can watch sun rise and sun set from the lobby area of room. Not all rooms have beach view.

Worse than Oyo rooms.... would never ever go there again in my mortal life...no geyser in the room...lots of restrictions imposed as to using slippers inside the building...rooms ended the moment I walked in....I would have given 0 stars if I could but google doesnt give the option.

It was nice and peaceful.

Best staff we met so far in our travels in India. From the moment we arrived they were there to explain us everything around us. We also decided to book a canoe day trip through them which proved to be beautiful and definitely value for money.

Pine beach residency is a great place to stay in Allepy! The location of the hotel is great! It feels almost like you have a private beach...Ashi, the manager of the place is so nice and helpful! He will help you with any question and request. His employer is also great, helping and full with information.The rooms and the whole place in general are super clean and tidy.We enjoyed our stay so much!Thank you Ashi.

It was really a wonderful stay at pine Beach Residency, Alleppy. The location is very close to the Alleppy main beach, rooms as well as the common areas are very neat and clean. The sea view from the balcony and from the common area is tremendous. Restaurants are also available in a walkable distance.The owner is a very humble and helful person. I would suggest to travellers if you are planning to stay nearby Alleppy beach, prefer to stay at this property for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We booked Ashis accommodation 15 minutes before we checked in, and it turned out to be a great decision. Ashi was very quick in responding to our queries. When we checked in, he gave us some useful tips on places to visit, mode of transportation, places to eat at etc. When Ashi was not available, the ever-smiling caretaker, Umesh, would happily guide you and take care of things. Ashis tips were really useful to us because we were new to the city. The property is beachfacing and within 5 minutes walk to Alleppey beach. Ashi and Umesh will make sure you have an amazing stay.
