We rented a scooter, which had a little low air in the wheel at the time and we filled it. Otherwise it was perfect. Renting a scooter was easy, just submitting original documents was sufficient. Its located close to railway station.

Perfect place to stay. The guy running this place is very nice. All the basic amenities are available. Availability of scooters for rent in the hostel is very useful.

Great place to stay whilst in Alleppey. The guys that run this place are the nicest people. We had to leave early on our last day, but they still managed to cook us a quick breakfast before we left. Highly recommend.

Just rented a motorbike here. 350 for a fully functional but rather beat up scooter. Needed to ask for two helmets quite forcefully and it was hard to return the bike as they closed early. Still, bike was good value.

Clean, very close to the main touristic area, this hostel owned by the more caring and helpful family met our expectations.

Kindly check the condition of bike/scooty properly.. specially tires (old tires and rusty rims with no grip at all) .. they had given us punctured scooty n there was no repair/puncture shop nearby (only mobile puncture service is available) .. at last, returned it to the provider with tyre and tube got changed at our own expense.. owner was making lame excuse that he provided us vehicle in a running condition..all rubbish

Stayed one night in the 6 bed dorm. Wifi wasnt working properly and they had cockroaches in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom. I woke up in the Night and saw one wandering around the beds ... Told the host next morning that they have these animals there and his reaction was not quite professional: he asked laughingly in the bathroom? (so I conclude he knew about the infestation without telling us about it) plus he did not even say sorry or offer any compensation ...

I took the kayak tour and our tour guide Nandi was an amazing personality took us to amazing shallow routes where even house boats cannot enter.Even though it needs good physical strength of the rider but nandi made it fun for us. Also, it ia suggested that you go with double seat kayak and with two riders otherwise alone it could be somewhat tough for first timers. But nonetheless MUST DO.

We had a worst experience ever with this guy Shibu.We were having confirmed booking at this place and our booking done online, it was simply denied by him and he argued on confirmation mail saying I needed booking for at least 2 days. In fact we paid double the charge for that day than normal. He stupidly argued that you should have confirmed with me after booking. He was like I wont give you a room. I think he has given to others before we reached there and he didnt honour our booking.It was peak season on that day due to snake boat race and we had to find another option. Luckily we got far better place just 100 mtrs from it (artpackers.life). You can check both the places, you will find huge difference.Very unprofessional behavior in this case and he seemed money minded.Edit 1, 12th Sep (In Reply to owner) Of-course I meant that site I would have paid double for that if you would have honored my booking. Claim is totally wrong and base less with deliberate try nullify my review and even force me to remove this review. I should not remove this review in benefit of other travelers.I was on Kerala tour with my wife of same age, places I stayed can vouch for the same. I might take legal action for defamation if you do not apologize and remove this false claim.

I used their bike rental service which is good for budget travellers it costs 350 INR for a bike for 24 hrs and a deposit of 500 INR

If you like to get ripped off go here.The manager has the habit of forgetting the payments and charging twice for the same thing.As everything is done in cash and he does not give a voucher for payment. He can say whatever he wants.If not, its clean.

There is a big difference with the photos presented on the site. The hostel is at a crossroads, very noisy. There are 2 extra beds squeezed into the room, no air conditioning. The owner, realizing that I had changed my mind about staying, literally threw me out the door, saying that suddenly all the numerous places were reserved. In general, if you dont have the strength to look for something else, you can spend the night here.
