200 year old idol worshipped here by the chathanattu family. The temple renovated in the year 2006 and situated at kalavamkodam, near cherthala. Sarppa pratishta is the main idol and Pooja is in every aayilyam naal. Medam 10 and uthram in tulam month is also celebrated.
