I was a regular customer for years and had no complaints. Occasionally there would be an error but nothing that couldnt be fixed. However, last week I was rudely told by a brunette employee (hard to believe) to hurry up because a friend of hers (someone who addressed her by her first name, I****) was next in line. Id only been on the pc for 3 minutes when she started making a fuss. The abusive harangue lasted longer than I would have needed to finish printing documents. Instead, I stopped, paid and left without finishing the very important task Id driven almost an hour into town for because I always used their services. This happened shortly before closing time on a Friday. I had waited my turn patiently in a queue for 15 minutes. Its not impossible to learn how to be courteous, to learn how to manage a slightly busy shop before closing time, etc.
