One of the best gadgets shops in Alappuzha. Friendly staff. I bought Oppo earbuds and they provided a free gift wrap. Overall satisfactory but car parking is not satisfactory because the area is very busy and security officers do not help to park the car. More attention needs to be paid to car parking and on the way back.

Well set Shop. Technicians and salesmen were very good. Annoying thing is some of the employees shout each other to attend the customers. The sales person helped us well with our concerns. Over all very good experience.

This is a prime electronic shop in Alappuzha.Situated near Iron bridge.The shop is big.They have a great variety of smartphone collection with almost all producers.. Parking space is very small.They have a good collection of smart Television sets. Their responses to the customers is good.

I GOT A BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS SHOP ,BOUGHT A REAL ME TV FROM THIS SHOP,AFTER USING 8 MONTHS IT GOT DAMAGED ,THE TEAM WAS NOT PROPERLY RESPONDED ,2 MONTHS WE WAIT FOR THE REPLACEMENT BUT NOT YET IT REPLACED ,STILL IT IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD AND NOT REPLACED ,THEY ARE TELLING IT IS THE PROBLEM OF @REALME .

Bibin Babu - The Best sales person I have ever met in my life at MyG.29-Dec-2020 It was my wifes birthday and were in Kerala from Delhi to celebrate it. I wanted to surprise her on birthday with an iPad. Bibin helped me in arranging the iPad in gift wrapping at Boathouse around 9:00pm when everything is closed in the city and the most amazing thing is that he arranged one eggless cake as well which we were not able to find out in many shops in Allepey with a very cool relighting candle.Many thanks to MyG team for making it special for my loved one ❤️❤️

We bought a TCL 65inch TV from MYG Alappuzha on 2019 April 12th with 3 year warranty assurance. At that time of year that was one of the latest model and i paid around 80 thousand rupees..And its hardly 1 year the display started to glitch everytime and most probably it woudnt access network all the time network problem.. As a Customer i just registered a complaint on their TCL site.. and i got very very bad experiance from their side.. bad serivce.. the service people came here for 2-3 times they said they checked and took a panel copy.. Untill That last service day the tv can be seen.. From the Next day TCL is dead No display were shown.!From where do you find these idiot servicemen! its such a shame!And now its been 2 months tv is dead. No action is taken..And i think time to do as a customer duty.. Here am taking action poor MYG ,we are moving to consumer court.!

Havent seen such unprofessional and unethical employees anywhere. Poor customer support and rude behavior. Employees attitude is like we are asking something for free. Dont get fooled by fancy ads and if you fall for it you will regret it with in days. Havent seen such irresponsible group of employees anywhere. Really disappointed.
