2 months ago, i had a scanning for my verocosile ingulignal. I booked another centre for this, but they refer Muthoot for my scanning in the absence of their Doctor. I reached 10 mts before my time. But the receptionist informed me to go another centre for my scan, because i am a male patient and they have lady Doctor. Unfortunately i took it from another hospital. A small question for me, why they avoid male patients, please clarify Doctor.

No staff available at night.as it is a medical emergency department,it should have a staff at night.

Efficient staff. Scanning done by Male doctor,so females may feel squeamish.But overall experience is satisfactory.

I booked the earliest(8th slot) appointment here for a scan for the next day as I had an emergency on that day. The next day they started an hour late as the doctor came late. When enquired whether we can get the appointment a little early as we had an emergency, the ladies at the reception told it is impossible and asked us to wait patiently. They also informed that if the scan is not done properly theyll call again when ever they feel like. But they called me within15 mins. During scan an assistant nurse started bad mouthing about me to the doc. Doc soon told me we are not getting proper reading and asked me to wait outside for endless time.The nurses and other ladies here are living a thug life. I will never suggest this kind of irresponsible and unprofessional place to anyone.
