Bought a HP computer from here sales representatives Thashreef and Tony BUNCH OF REAL FRAUDS BEWARE. Got a defective system didnt gave us replacement giving lame excuses by changing parts in the first 14 days now the system is again showing issues which we are forced to depend on HP service center to get it solved. Spend a lot of money on this device but total waste.

Totally unprofessional customer service!I bought a laptop from these fraudsters and it was a faulty one.When i rang them up to complain about it, they were shouting at me as if it was my fault!!Ridiculous enough huh!!!Dear people, please dont visit this shop ever in your life.

Worst and unprofessional service centre, I used their service first time for replacing my laptops Display on February within two months its display frame hinges broken by the reason that it was too tight after Sysmantech service. On June 2020 I approached them to replace its display cover and paid Rs- 2200/- for their mistake, Now after 4 months again laptop cover broken on same spot and I gave them to replace it, but they irresponsibly suggest a solution that a screw fixing on my laptop display . They are cheaters.... all customers beware them...

Unprofessional service. Mylaptop was repaired from Sysmantech. After few months BIOS and system clock was not working properly. Laptop became very slow due to BIOS boot up every time. I took the laptop to other service centre and found that the CMOS battery was missing. Sysmantech forgot to place the battery during repair.

Purchased new printer ,After installing at home found its a used toner..they are fkn cheaters.When returned to shop next day they clam toner sticker removed nd used we gave u sealed box . They Cant replace .Dont buy anything from thereCheaters

Gave my HP printer here for servicing. Thought its authorised service centre and they would do the job properly. After 2 days, when I called up, they said spare will arrive by next weekend. I waited and waited. Every time I called, the service centre rep told me the item will be there next week. After a month I got fed up and took my printer back. The only good thing about the place is that the are very responsive on the phone and positive sounding. But their service centre needs to pull up and provide better customer service.

Out of all other HP branded Stores in Kochi, Sysmantech offers least price in laptops. The techs in there have good knowledge on the products and I would recommend the place to everyone who wants to buy HP Products.

I went to buy a laptopat the store . The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products present in the store.

Even after buying products worth Rs. 1 lakh, they give you silly excuses to avoid installation of basic free software. And when you call repeatedly since they dont turn up, they speak rudely, intimidate and warn you not to call again. Terrible experience. Wouldnt have paid fully in advance if I knew that this is going to be their attitude.

I would like to share this experience so that again none of the customer will lose his money to this shop. The issue started from the minute I received the laptop in hand. The issues were Wifi and speaker not working. I gave back the laptop and then they told me they will give a fresh piece the next day and adjust with the current piece. I am now waiting for 2 days and still not resolved the issue or provided a working laptop. I will delete this comment or update the status here once my issue get resolved.Think twice before you step into this shop. All their attitude changes once they receive your money.

Worst experience ever from this Computer Servicing firm. I came to know abt this service centre on an offer from ENTE DEAL website, in which they charged ₹100 for system formatting, virus chk, software and hardware chk and laptop cleaning. My laptop was having hanging issue but other than that all the functions was working perfectly. At the time of giving they didn’t even properly chk the capacity of RAM ,HDD & other important system peripherals. After servicing, the sound device was completely damaged at the time of receiving my laptop and keyboard got completely undetected after one week. The service engineer gave me really Cheap explanation for issues which i asked him. Now my ₹25000 laptop is a complete waste after servicing it from this shop. I will never ever recommend any person to this shop. When i was waiting to get back my laptop another customer was there asking for HDD which was inside his laptop, which he gave for servicing. The executive argued that the HDD was already missing inside that Laptop. Without HDD will anybody give laptop for repair...?? I don’t think so... What the Bloody Hell Explanation...!! These kind of loot should not be entertained.
