The only Mi service centre in Alappuzha lacks heavily in Customer Service. They seem to accept your phone for repairs and forget all about it. There were guys who were waiting for 3-4 hours as per what they were told and then informed that the phone cannot be returned. COVID regulations also go for a six as they cant control the influx of people here effectively. A token system where each customer is informed by call/mail regarding the status of their instruments is highly recommended. Frankly a bit of streamlining things a bit can help this place a lot. Simple tasks take a lot of time here due to the lack of the same. Please do visit at your own discretion.

I went nearest xiaomi service center (Sonic systems,alappuzha,kerala) with my redmi note 9 pro purchased last month with an issue on proximity sensor Totally Irresponsible behavior faced...Front office girl came and said Every one in this service center is ill, infected fever.. Go and come tomorrow...!! And also said shop is going to close at 4:45 pm But in front of the shop written working time as 9 to 7 pm.... and also i booked the token 4 to 6 pm. Irresponsible and rude behavior to customers... Very bad.. These kind of service centers.. Will definitely make bad reputation to Xiaomi...!

Worst service 😡😡. I cant believe how they got license to run an authorized service centre. I think they are not authorised. It was my mistake that I gave my laptop to them even after seeing the negative reviews here.It is better to take your laptops to Ernakulam, than giving this people.

Its actually an Mi service center. The service was good but not great. The facility has good seating area provide drinking water for the customers which is rarely seen in a mobile service shop. The process of taking your phone to repair is a bit time consuming other than that a good shop

I have given my iball laptop two months before in sonic systems(iball Authorised service center Alappuzha) because my LCD Screen is not working and I got replyl from their team my laptop will replace with new one but still I did not received my laptop back and when i required sonic systems they are very irresponsible and bad behavior to me

Worse experience....had a problm with modem under warranty....i gave it for replacement and they gave me anthr damaged modem....wat kind of stupid service is this......the guys sitting hav no idea on wat they r doin.....i just got my modem replaced again...need to find out if its working...

Never visit..no proper consultation for many phones....once I have went their with my smart phone all I could hear is that......it is not possible to make repair in their company because their have lost every connection with that particular brand new mobile company...so...better consult any other if you want to avail the persisting warranty....otherwise...we could rectify if u pay the amount

A Good sevice centre for Dell products I went there to repair my Laptop which was about to reach end of the warranty they helped me to renew the warranty period and serviced the laptop

Worst service centre experience. They mess up the whole thing. Kept waiting me for 2 month. Over charged and much much more

Last year I have gone to them when the hinge of my laptop was broken and the installed a second hand hinge and was charged Rs. 2000 and the hinge again broke after 6 months. After installing only they told me it was a second hand one.
