Worst experience ever. Gave me a price of 4500+service charge for a new hard disk 1tb over multiple calls. When I told them I will buy and give, gave me a price of 3800. The guy who was in contact with me then started disconnecting my calls(told me after a week he was out of state). I will call the office dailyand they will hang up saying they will call me back. Never once they called me back. Everyday they said it will be ready today but evening will say ready Tomorrow. This continued for 4 days. One of the reasons they gave me was they had one dvd writer and it was taken somewhere. I asked why cant they use a usb for booting, replied they were worried about virus(Dont they have antivirus?) Finally when I went to pickup, at the office, they brought out the laptop and told me mousepad is not functioning. I am yet to receive my laptop
