Expect a very cold , even unattentive experience before you step in here.. keep aside the pride factor of being a voda/vi customer before you reach this store. They treat the incoming crowd like aliens who stepped in a wrong shop. Until and unless you insist and start a conversation , you can stand among one in the crowd. They even yell at you if you reach on their closing hour.Plan atleast 2 to 3 revisit follow ups if your are reaching for address change or any other services.. dear vi team, upgrade/train the staff in this store for customer interaction..

Felt like visiting some govt offices, not so friendly staff. One have to wait and ask them if they are free even there is no customers at the counter. Staff should be more cooperative and should realize the fact that they are in that office to assist and treat the customers well and they dont feel disappointed.

Simply the worst experience ever with Vodafone. I am a vodafone client for more than 15 years and today it was hilarious. 3 days ago I ve applied for a SIM card in this shop and altought the card should have been active in less than 48hours, after 72hours I am still waiting for an activation. Happens that in Bengalore the employee couldnt help us and was just lying to us. Instead of solving the problem he was just telling that is a problem from the Kerala Vodafone. First he said (at 4pm) that the Sim would be active in less than 4 hours (8pm max) . Then at 8pm I was in the shop because the card was not active and then he found another excuse saying that the card would be active in 1 hour. We stayed in the shop until it closing time without a solution. I still cant believe that this is Vodafone in India. I dont know what to do since this shop couldnt help me. I guess It will happen the same situation in another shops. Probably the easiest solution will be to buy an airtel or idea Sim card. This is not Vodafone...
