Service is good, food is good as well, but it’s made to order so it takes time (a lot of time). Hopefully in future they’ll have a better management in the kitchen to decrease wait time.

The restaurant have a good ambience.had a delicious lunch from the aambal restaurant .we enjoyed the local delicacy of alleppey.great service and good trained staffs.we recommended this restaurant if someone would like to try alleppey specials.thanks to all the chefs and restaurant peoples.

Naam bade aur darshan chote.Resort is beautiful but no trained staff.Receptionist was all 1 man show to make entries n welcome guests.Poor guy was lost.Called for a menu which looked as lost as the staff.

The restaurant has good ambience but that’s all about it. The service is BAD, takes long to get everything and the staff attitude is also bad. We were told to take food from the buffet as we wanted ala carte as they didn’t had ala carte options.. then also the food took ages to arrive and we had to repeat multiple times and remind the staff to get our order. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this place purely because of the whole rude attitude..
