Very bad experience,,, they dont know how to behave with people... They think they are the one and only bakery in town,. 👎👎👎

Very poor food stuff....we bought some halwa and jilebi from there because I was craving for halwa as am pregnant .... Utterly bitter one.... I dont know how some one can sell this poor quality stuff....Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food items....

They have good quality bakery products like naan kattai, mixture, sweets, muffins etc. They sell roatt as well. The premises is not well maintained though.Parking facility is available. Most of the products are manufactured in house. And they are always available fresh.It is dark and ceiling is dirty. Not really visible from the main road because the name board outside is faded. But apart from this, the products sold are really good. Would recommend their naan kattai and bun.

We always make sure visit Farest if we travel nearby Alappuzha. They have been there for years and that is much evident from the premises.What you get here?Local made bakery items like rusk, biscuits, mixture, bread, bun etc. They also have sweets like laddoo, jilebi, mysur pa etc.The premisesIt is a big shop but not maintained at all. The place looks shabby always. Even the board outside is not visible. They do have small parking space. There are always only one attendant and she is friendly.The pricingTheir prices are affordable and worth the products. Not expensive at allRecommendationsTry their biscuits (the fat round ones) really good and original taste. Their ghee rusk is also nice. The laddoo we tried was freshly made. We also like their mixture. Cupcakes were not good. Buns are really soft.Overall I recommend this place for their products, but it would be a bonus if the premises was well-maintained.

They are the best in very few sweets / snacks.. not many items are available. Also there is no space to sit. No juice items. So basically its a kitchen not a bakery..

Being one of the oldest bakey in Alappuzha, Farest bakery can boast of some of its authentic signature products. Be it their Nankhatai or Macronis or their Ghattias , they are lip smacking delicacies. Among those, Nankhatai is their best and must try one. Even though its more towards the sweeter side and there is a heavy taste of cardamom, the texture is just right. Its crispy. Great care is being given in the production process and it still remains the same even after 10 years or so. Im one happy customer for more than 25 years.Also try their wheat halva. Best in town. Mr. Faisal who heads the bakery passed on these recipe from his father. His son is slowly being introduced to this world. Recommendable.

This is a must try bakery which is started baking 20yrs ago. Nangattai and Manda are my favourites. Coconut ladus too.. and the tea cake.. yellow jilebi.. you wont stop trying everything

Delicious items available but they do not accept online or card payments.. only cash and the closest ATMs is 2-4 Kms away so when going there, always carry cash.

Very good Bakery. Faisal bhai is a friend for a very long time. The naan-katai and other sweets I brought back last week were the favorite among colleagues! Reasonable price and very high quality is the specialty here! Always wonder why he cant do an export business.. They are much better than the north indian sweets we get here!

It has a decrepit look with a faded signboard, but the cakes and breads and biscuits are among the best I have ever eaten!
