Poor customer service. They have lots of business happening so simply they dont bother to serve you.What I felt from their staffs is that, you can not believe their words.

I used to take service from Beena group of institutions for building materials for more than one year.Their punctuality in supply of good quality materials, reasonable pricing and moreover the behaviour of staff and management are impeccable.

They are very slow to prepare a bill , they take 3 hours to take a simple bill, customer losses more time. Very wrost experience.. they dont know the value of our time
