I am trying to post a picture of how my basement was left in total disarray. The clay piping they took out of the sewer drain is still in my basement there is still a 4‘ x 3‘ hole in my basement floor. And a large pile of so-called dirt. I really wish I could leave this picture of my basement. I have tried to contact them and asked when they would be out to repair the mess they left. They have been unresponsive! I have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past 6 to 8 months. This particular job in my basement I paid $800 for. And this is how they left the scene. I really wish you could see the picture.

They did a great job, came in a little under the estimate and did the job on a Saturday so I didnt have to use a vacation day. I am a very happy customer and recommend them highly

Replaced a bathroom sink faucet but he did not have correct parts, and I had to wait a week to get my sink working. He used my bathroom hand towel to clean up water under the sink and left it soaking wet under my sink and did not tell me. He recommended extensive work to be done in basement, but could not get any quotes after 3 tries. Obviously they dont want the business. But did request prompt payment. Would not recommend since there are plenty of other plumbers that would be glad to have the business.

Nick, from Jeff the Plumber, came out to fix my outdoor water faucet. Our home was built in the 1950s and of course needs more updates, water/ plumbing is one of them.My faucet had frozen solid and when I turned it on for work that day, Im a dog groomer and naturally WATER is VERY IMPORTANT!!!!I called Jeff The Plumber at 9am, explained my situation, and before 10am here comes Nick to save the day!He was dressed appropriately, wore a mask, very knowledgeably about his craft and was very polite to me. (not afraid of the dogs as well, he did ask before petting my loud and scary Chihuahua with her snarling while wagging her tail. LOLhe was done and cleaned up throughly with a blink an eye. I thought no way... B.S, I WAS WRONG, it was brand new and worked better then I thought it ever would! Best of all, I couldnt beat the price!THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. Their number will forever be the ONLY ONE I EVER CALL!!!

I wound call them again. Unfortunately the man was unprepared to do the job we asked for and was a bit rude. This is only my experience we did not have them do anything because after the rudeness started we decided not to use them.Again my experience only. Most people swear by Jeff the Plumber.

My first choice for any plumbing repairs beyond my abilities. I always ask for Rich R. A very pleasant person who is happy to respond to my numerous questions. While I dont want to slow him down he is fun to talk to and we have some mutual musical interests. 😄

I had Jeff The Plumber come out in May 2020 to fix my basement shower. I spoke with an employee named Andy who was respectful and easy to communicate with. They were able to fix my shower no problem. I recently had an issue with my basement shower again. I spoke with Andy again and he reassured me they would send someone out ASAP. They fixed it no problem. Good people. Would recommended them to anyone.

This is my second time using Jeff The Plumber. The first experience, also five stars, they replumbed a whole house for me and did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. This time, on a different house, I called them for a leaking water heater. They scheduled me an appointment that was very soon and called me when the plumber was on his way. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He examined my water tank and determined it needed replaced. He informed me of the options and costs and then explained that he would go get the tank and install it same day. He returned quickly, installed the tank perfectly, cleaned up the mess, and made sure I knew the features of the new tank before leaving. I strongly recommend using Jeff The Plumber.

Repairs not done adequately. Had service man out twice and still had problems with drain backing up. When we asked again recently we were told we were outside the 30 day window. We have since used another drain service who charged significantly lower price and includes 90 day warranty. Would not recommend.

Called in the morning, was able to have someone come after I got home from work. Even though we have to pay extra for after hours, it was worth it. Nick showed up on time. Actually he was early and was happy to wait 3 mins as I was right down the street still driving home. He fixed our drain problem and let us know exactly what he did, what the problem was, and how to possibly (hopefully) not have the same issue in the future. Nick was very personable as well as professional. Would definitely recommend company.

Shane re-ran the drain lines for our down spouts. The job quickly became pretty involved. He kept on it and did a great job. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Jeff the Plumber and Shane!

Will never use again. Used them 3 times and had bad experience 2 times. In fact, had to call local plumber to correct the issues. They overcharged me and repaired something that didnt need to be repaired. Next they charged a service charge to come back and fix something that should have been done in the first place. VERY POOR big outfit- call your local plumber instead.

This is the 3rd time we have used Jeff the Plumber. 1st 2 times I used them for my Aunts house. This time we needed them for our house. We thought we had issues with one downspout drain. Turns out it was both downspouts across the back of our house. Shane did a absolute awesome job of finding the problems and recommending what needed to be done. Shane was wonderful to work with. Shane was very punctual courteous and respectful would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had someone out to provide a quote on work. I was immediately contacted with a bill. A week and three calls to the office later and I have still not received anything from the company. (Not even a receipt, let alone the quote I paid for.)

We just had a new hot water tank installed and I can’t say enough good things about Nick and the entire company. With the installation call, he also noted a couple of minor fixes that were needed and he completed them quickly and with little additional cost. Woke up this morning to a cold shower - guess what? Water heater gone and basement flooded. I called Jeff the Plumber at 8:00 and they show up at 10:00. He works hours and ends up replacing the whole unit! Worse yet - they refuse to take payment. It is under warranty they insist. Warranty!! Not only exceptional, prompt service - they stand by their warranty!! I have used Jeff the Plumber for decades- never had a bad experience. They are an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

I called on Sunday morning as I did not have hot water and did not want to wait until Monday for service. Brian came and replaced my hot water tank promptly. He arrive at 10 am as promised and left at 12:30. Price was reasonable -- as I had received other estimates a few months ago from two other plumbers. Very grateful to have hot water.

Would rate this company 0 stars. They do not warranty work they were contacted to do. Hooked up our water softener with no hose clamps flooding our basement twice. They hooked up our hot water to cold on the washer. They never installed the drain on the reverse osmosis system they installed. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Weve used this service on four different occasions for different issues. On each service weve been completely satisfied. Not only did they fix the problem but educated us in the process each time. We have never had anyone be rude or curt. We would and will use this company in the future. We highly recommend them.

Today was our third time using Jeff the Plumber, this time we had an emergency with our water tank where is was pouring water into our basement. Colin just completed the replacement of a leaking cast iron drain pipe and did a quick (given the scope of the job) and while it wasnt cheap it was reasonable for a 4 hour job. He went above and beyond when he identified a 3 pipe that only had about 1/2 of drain area which he also replaced. I will continue to use them at the 3 properties I own.

Called in today asking if any plumber is available! Got answer with earliest is Tuesday. Please dont advertise as 24 hours services if you can not provide services right on the same day!

The plumber did not do the job the simple or quick. He did it is such a way that it took forever. I wanted a toilet flange installed in my house. The old cast iron flange was put in and used lead to seal it. This plumber comes in and put in a PVC one after I asked for it to be cast iron. I am not happy. I will never use this company again. $377 dollars to install a $20 PVC toilet flange from Lowes is very expensive especially when the old flange has been removed. Save your money and call another plumber.

Clearly not a 24-hour emergency service as they claim. Called them Saturday morning because the shower would not turn off. The lady told me the earliest they could get there would be Tuesday. I explained that the shower was fully running and the water bill is almost $200 on any given month. She said Oh wow and told me she could put me on the cancellation list. Dont advertise as 24-hour emergency provider if you are unable to provide these services!

Called for an appointment, lady told me the next day between 3 and 5, great! 515 rolls around, no plumber... loved sitting around wasting 2 hours of my life. She got an after hours tech on the line (because they close at 5) and I was told they called me, I didnt answer so they just didnt show up. First-Who answers calls from numbers they dont know?! Second- I didnt even hear the call and no message was left, no attempt to call me again. The after hours guy was really nice but I wont be using their services.

Poor Attitude- Cliff was sent out for a repair job at my residence and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen from a service repairman. He was completely annoyed the whole time and seemed so agitated in dealing with my issue. If this is who represents your company you will never get repeat service- NEVER again!

If you’re looking for a plumber, call these guys! My husband clogged the toilet on thanksgiving with a house full of people, brown water was coming out of the toilet bowl and tank. Called Jeff the Plumber and first thing the morning after thanksgiving Austin was at my house after driving over an hour to tuscarawus county. Austin stuck his toilet camera down the drain and come to find out a tree root had grown into my sewer line and clogged the whole system! Austin thoroughly explained my options and he and his team then treaded thru the waste in my crawl space to get the pipes unclogged and tree root free, and the family toilet working again. Nice guys, fair prices, great service. I am a Jeff the Plumber customer for life!

I used this service for my kitchen pipes leaking and then broke loose, they sent someone out he was very nice and polite fixed everything and cleaned up. It was expensive but I guess all plumbers are,

Terrible Service. Called on memorial day due to a leaking hot water tank. I was told they could come out and price would be X, if I wanted until tomorrow he would come out and it would be $300 cheaper. I called the next day to check on the status of my ticket only to find out they wouldnt make it until tomorrow evening, meanwhile I still have a hot water tank leaking all over my basement. Plenty of options available out there.

Ive used JTP for the last 30 years! First project was a plumbing job on a 100 year old Medina farmhouse. Under very difficult circumstances and conditions they did a great job! That is why I keep coming back to JTP for my plumbing needs. Recently I had a water pressure problem in my home. Water pressure would drop by 60 psi to 20 psi when using multiple water sources at once. Called JTP and they were great on the phone and promptly scheduled a home appointment to check out the problem. They sent out Mike to ascertain and fix the problem. Mikes approach was surgical! He checked the pressure from numerous points from the street connection with the municipal utility into the house. With all the piping in the house, based upon his experience ,he was able to trace to and diagnose the problem as a clogged 6 inch galvanized pipe near the main valve which was hidden behind wall paneling. Mike was able to see this without x-ray! After living in the house for over 20 years I did not know it was there. He carefully removed the wall paneling, shutoff the water supply and cut and replaced the piping with copper.Sure enough the only piece of galvanized piping in the whole house was clogged. Mike fixed it in a professional manner, returning water pressure to a robust 80 psi! Again, JTP did a great job and their employee Mike was professional, courteous, extremely intuitive and skilled! They were outstanding in 1989 and in 2017 A+++++++

Told me kitchen faucet and garbage disposal needed replaced. Had to have him come back after he left because pipe was still leaking. Way overpriced! Unbelievable.
